⭐Wow! I thought that for the outrageous price this set would be an epic banger. I am not too keen on multiple drivers, then you need a crossover, the drivers have to run in harmony or you get poo poo. They should have used the extra driver for the bass. Thanks for the review Jay. 😎👍
I like it. I like Letshouer S12 2024, and this is a sure ugrade of it. It is smooth, full and coherent for acoustic music, confy and light as a feather. Cannot compare it with all those though and cannot trust discussions based on mere graphics either. A good set worth those $60 more
Looks like they went for the freaky amazon jungle asthetics 😭 Design aside, having a non interchangeable termination cable that isn't flush on the IEM is crazy at this price point.
Was definitely waiting for your review. I appreciate the comparison to the Relentless because I had to throw a filter and wild boars on to get the treble right for me. Wanted this to be my next set but I guess I'm going to pass. Thanks!
@@Jaytiss on multi-driver setups impedance affects the crossover and not the drivers directly. Still, since you're the second person who said that there is no change in these, it makes me wonder just how exactly the crossover was implemented here. Wouldn't be surprised if the microplanar is simply wired directly, just like the main one, and only picks up when the frequency is within its physical capabilities. Would make sense with both having no change from impedance and being very bright (assuming the main planar is still active on upper treble). Official description makes no mention of any crossover and also doesn't show any PCB on pictures, despite chi-fi IEM manufacturers just loving to write about their implementations. It does, however, show that the micro is placed right in front of the main one, with pretty much zero space between them.
The design is very good, I don't like the crocodile skin, it reminds me of old women's suitcases!! As far as tuning goes, it's really a shame to lose that warm signature!! I think the significant price increase wasn't a good decision either… But they look good
I have the YuXuanJi and early impressions are it has just enough bass for me, but I certainly would not want more treble. So if it has the same bass as the YuXuanJi and more upper treble, I feel it would not be as balanced. Hard pass on this ZetianWu… sad because they look so nice. Glad I didn’t blind buy it though. That much 10k energy reminds me of the infamous KZ ZS6 treble… too bright in many (vocal) cases but on instrumental tracks, it adds air and stage which is nice for me.
Man I was really looking forward to hearing some good impression of this set. But First ever review says,it's is okay tuned set, that is really disappointing. TANGZU PLANAR HISTORY: Bassy warm planar-> Neutral Planar-> Treble focused one. Every Brand is doing the opposite.

Thanks 🙏 for watching! ❤️
This you may find in the surprising QoA Mimosa, a really fine sub-$100 DD+ 6mm micro planar.
ALL the best earphones feature multiple drivers, with the possible exception of the Sennheisers.
Another superb review and vid ending! 😃👍🎶🎵
Appreciate you watching!
Great and informative review 👍👍
Appreciate it!
I really like that cable 😮
Same. It’s great!
The S08 has foam stuffed into the bore tube, this is why it has less over 10k.
That makes sense.
@@Jaytiss For my own planar tunings, I never do that. It removes performance.
In fact I have zero acoustic anything in the bore tube.

Tangzu fanatic here. ❤🎉❤
You should try it!
@Jaytiss at CanJam this weekend. 💯
Easy pass. Thanks for the review Jaytiss!
Appreciate you checking it out!

I'm glad you appreciate the comparison.
Love the planar driver capabilities but it’s going to take a lot for me to give up the Shozy P20 as my favorite planar 😅
If you have a good p20. It is really nice.
@@JaytissI think I got lucky, didn’t know they had QC issues on this set ?
☀️ phew
😂
🤟
🤙
My set is somewhere in the air between whatever and Sweden, if this dosent do the cut, it will be the last Planar i try. Love the Bajie...
I hope that you like it.
Was hoping it was going to be a purpley blue Zetian Wu but the sound of their Gate
definatly different
Looks similar to Xuan Ji
Very.
Compared to the BrainDance?
I like brain dance much more.
Have you tried them with impedance adapters? Really wondering what their effect would be on a double planar.
It doesn't make an impact on planars. Just makes them harder to driver. I did test it, but it doesn't matter here.

They are fit a niche group that will like. Lovely design.
One thing I've learned over the years, never buy an IEM if the graph looks bright and it's under $150.
This!
I would buy it for the cable 😅
If anyone knows about this cable, let me know
I’d buy it separately, so nice.
First!

Noticing today the YXJ can be quite sibilant depending on the cable, on songs that are prone to it. How’s the ZW for sibilance?
I agree it is very trebly.
I was about to pull the trigger it came early on my audio supplier thanks for review. A skip

Is sad. 😢
The faceplate looks like cheap lingerie. 😂
Looks like something Prince and The Revolution would've worn...😂
