Woah, what a plot twist with Zygarde in it.
But in my opinion, Yveltal wins. Yveltal could easily fly off edge to dodge Xerneas' attacks (although Xerneas can do that too) and even though Yveltal doesn't have any alt form, Yveltal's aura sphere, which is a ball, is much bigger than Xerneas', which is just a spirit (see 1:54).
If Xerneus won,
Yveltal: SAY I WIN OR ELSE ILL DRAIN YOUR LIFE SOURCE!
Xerneus could beat them all. Don't agree? Fairy types have the advantage against dragon and dark types. Don't agree? 1:33
This is a rap battle and type advantages mean little Groudon would swat kyogre but groudon is 4x weak to water types and zygarde is by far the strongest in the group
