The whole point is to cut out the trip to the grocery store lol. Saves so much time on planning out meals for the week cuz you just pick the meals and get all the ingredients. I have yet to acc try the food but I think the concept is pretty great
Food its ok..but what i dont like its that if you get 2 serving its actually for 1 or if its 4 serving its like 2.. and we are skinny people but its expensive for not enough..
@debbiesidebottom3299 you get some pretty good portions per meal I spent about 80$ for like 7 meal kits and it comes with the recipe pamphlets, and yes they do offer diet healthy meals they're pretty heavy on that actually, if you go on the site they offer pretty good deals too
@@debbiesidebottom3299 It depends a lot on what you buy (how many portions you need how many different meals you order),so it's hard to say a price. Two meals for two people each will be around 40€ without a discount. With a discount I spent 18€ instead, which is huge. So I'm definitely gonna say, I don't know if it's worth it regularly or without a discount. You'll save a lot of money buying your own ingredients. However if you struggle with groceries and/or cooking and you wanna learn some recipes without all the hassle, or you have a busy week coming up but still want a nice dinner, you could get it for that week. They absolutely have different diets! They have a selection of meals for each week and they will have tags like vegetarian, vegan, below 650 calories, save effort + time, and so on and you can sort them by that to find something for you. Hope that was helpful. My first package came today, so I'm stoked to try it out. But definitely sth I will save for special occasions.
@@debbiesidebottom3299 UK user here. I’m currently paying £59 avg for 4 meals for 4 people per week. Halal isn’t an option but they have a lot to choose from including premium meals for date nights, pescatarian, family friendly and vegetarian option etc. You essentially pick your 4 meals each week and they do the rest in terms of prepping ingredients etc. Hope that helps put it into perspective
Looks like it tasted good, seems like we can just do dupes of hello fresh meals, but it also seems ok if you eat alone or are a two person family as well who doesn't do left overs. I have to make meals for two people but in three or 4 portions because I have make enough for lunch the next day for my husband when he goes to work or when I want lunch the day for us both. I am fortunate because I can eat at work most of the time for free, so having enough for three portions is ok
🔴Remember🔴If your not an experienced in the basics of cooking, make sure to learn the basics; like know what knife you’re supposed to use to cut certain things. Example: use your chef’s knife to cut up your veggies and fruits. Using a little pairing knife is going to make cutting more difficult and perhaps dangerous. Also, keep your knives sharp and in good working condition! Learn the basics, so you’ll have the right tools when you order these online meals.
Just ordered hello fresh great tasting food sadly had items missing so had to go and buy them! May aswell just use your imagination as cook up something just as good!! Got the 60% off deal then cancelled it!
I’ve said it years ago I’ll continue to say it…everything is being templated and marketed therefore old traditional ways and foundations will be no more..if you don’t know how to cook that’s what hello fresh is for
It’s probably good, but on a price breakdown its more expensive than going to the store if you have a big family. Plus I like to actually cook and be creative.
@@onexlifeonly132 why are you judging? she could be learning to cook or wants to cook her own meals even if she may not have the right tools. at least she’s trying to cook her own meals instead of being lazy and ordering takeout, plus if the food ended up good then that’s all that really matters.

I mean... might as well just go to the grocery store. 😂😂
Some times people get promo codes like I got one for 18 free meals that’s why I’m watching this 😂

Biggest rip off ever their meals cost around 4 times more per serving than grocery store ingredients

When I saw that I was like “oh no… 🫣“ lol
I am new to this. I see it is raw materials and you need to cook it. Not a meal ready to eat. I got this promotional thing for $3 per meal.

Yes it is! 😋
But is it worth the weekly payments of over $100 for 5 meals?
Possibly if you eat out at all during the week and try to scrabble through the grocery you are spending well over $100 bucks in food a week.
Was it good or nah? 😆
So is it?
