That is what socialite means. Its rich people being famous for...being famous. And them going to fancy parties and getting on magazine covers for...being famous.
No
"Socialite" IS just the rich person version of "unemployed". You absolutely nailed it.
But even that they can make into profit both on a social, political and financial scale.
Yeah. People gotta quit watching these douchenozzles or they'll never go away and will keep multiplying. *We* are the problem haha
err yeah its mostly always been known as that.
😂

Ciao Vincenzo a reaction to this please! 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

I absolutely love Vincenzo and loved the fried rice and carbonara conversation. I would love to see a live collaboration! Keep up the fun!!
Is actually weejio not vijeo 😆😆

Italians can't spell
“It’s just rich people mac and cheese” couldn’t have put it better myself
😂😂😂
Actually, Chef Alfredo "invented" this dish by cooking what his mother threw together when they had nothing to eat. My Italian father always scoffed that the food that he was eating as a poor child was now trendy in the US. Max Miller's Tasting History has a great video about it.
...Out of the love He has for all beings
"Do Not Fail
Lives reincarnating, they are waiting
The time has come when all things have degenerated
The Creator is recreating the celestial body anew
Out of the love He has for all beings
Most people are Gods descended to Earth, entrusted by their heavenly kingdoms
I spread the truth at the summoning of the Creator
Step not onto the path of modern notions and conduct
Fame, gain, and qing [emotions] cannot be taken back to heaven
Doctrines of atheism and evolution are harming people
Hold fast to kindness and tradition, don’t betray yourself
For the salvation of beings in your heavenly kingdoms, do not fail

I believe Nigels’, “normal”, voice is an act and the, “Uncle Roger”, accent is Nigels’ REAL voice. 😂
He actually mentioned on Last Meals that the Uncle Roger accent is close to how he originally sounded when he first started learning English

bro stop using “,”
As an Italian, this was hilarious. As a guy from Parma, I am happy no wheel of good Parmigiano Reggiano was wasted for this video.
Grana Padano is not exactly a bad cheese.
@@brcha Of course not, both are delicious. It’s just bantering between the two regions
@@brcha Sure, but it's not Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino Romano :D
@@funakfunak2740 I prefer sardinian pecorino to roman, not as salty and alot richer.
@@GM-tw4el me too. Pecorino Sardo is my favourite cheese and I grow up in Emilia-Romagna,obviously parmiggiano is second favourite. I I dont like Grana Padano, I am about strong taste, prefer a taleggio.
Never forget that Brooklyn's wife, Nicola Peltz was the live action Katara on M. Night's The Last Airbender, hence the amazing acting on the "It's very good."
I literally only know her from that and transformers, theyre probably both best just embrassing the socialite life.
And she's a nepo baby too. She start and directed her own first film. People were pissed cus she was a nepo baby 😂
I don’t even know her cuz I never watched it 😭
As an Italian, seeing a whole wheel wasted like that with cream and butter thrown in really makes my ancestors cry. Also, the pasta is WAY too long, and if he can just break it with a fork is also too cooked. Good news, though: Grana Padano (with at least 9 months of seasoning) is suitable for us weak lactose intolerants. Thank you uncle Roger for standing up for Italian food
Every cheese matured more than 6 months can be eaten by lactose intolerand people. I love Grana Padano and I’m very sensitive to lactose, never have any stomach issues with it.
The lactose basically just goes away in the aging process, well what little is left after the processing phase. The act of making cheese by its very nature removes a large portion of the lactose from the dairy since the average cheese has about 97% of the lactose removed when the curd is separated from the whey. The various other ingredients plus the aging process can lead to a cheese containing as little as 1% lactose (which comes out to less than a half-gram of lactose per ounce of cheese). If someone is lactose intolerant they should experiment with different types of cheeses to see which ones they can and cannot handle since dairy is quite good for you, lots of flavour and vitamins/proteins. @@mantailuaa
I also feel like the sauce was missing a bit of pepper, but I guess that's just preference
He using cheese wheel like paper plate
@@mantailuaa Wow, I had no idea 6 months was also ok, that's great to know, thanks a lot :D another reason to love Grana Padano
"She's going to be so impressed when she sees this cheese wheel." Proceeds to server her in another room so she doesn't see the cheese wheel. May as well have just used boxed mac and cheese.
True . We didn't see the reveal reaction :-( lol

Let be honest if his last name wasn't Beckham his girlfriend would not be with him. Even with the Beckham last name and millions in trust fund I bet the girlfriend is still questioning why she's with him considering that he's as skillful and culinary wise as a rock. 😅😅😅
Money doesn’t equal intelligence. Especially where these two are concerned.
They are two dimwits that deserve each other.
@@thompson7271is this what they call cope
Brooklyn spent $100K per episode, including a culinary producer. Everything is for show and clearly he wants attention and approval, so he faked something he clearly has no clue about.
His mom definitely does NOT love to eat. I had a roommate who worked at the famed French Laundry restaurant in Napa, CA. Meals here start at $350 per person minimum and it’s a fixed menu with several courses. She didn’t eat anything off the menu and special ordered steamed vegetables!! Insane!!
😮😮😮
Typical rich people lying about themselves
Sad
That's so crazy. With all that money and that's how she lives. I wonder if she got charged $350+ for steamed vegetables there lol.

7:45 The reason cream is used in American alfredo is it's cheaper than using pure parmasian. Absolutely no need if you've got a cheese wheel. If anything, you'll just cool down the pasta more and end up with a seized mass of cheese and pasta.

Every time I see Brooklyn Beckham do anything I think of The Authentic Observer's video on nepo babies. She has a brilliant little section on Brooklyn's photography book, and it makes me giggle whenever I see other people taking the piss.
LOVE this weejo.
Oh that might've been who I was thinking of, thanks! I think Twitter generally, how do they say, dragged him to hell for that silliness. Good times had by all.
im watching that now. what's her deal? I can't figure out if she's pro andrew tate (and the like) or against.

13% - 14% alcohol in wine.... I guess his education never included how to understand percentages
I noticed that, it's supposed to burn and melt but it did nothing.
And then calls himself a chef 🤣😂😂
@@stevenwest1494 I'm guessing his education didn't include anything much, least of all how to get a career
It's weird he said his mom likes eating when she literally eats the same thing everyday. David Beckham revealed wife Victoria Beckham has eaten the same meal for the last 25 years.
The soccer star said Victoria “only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables.”
In previous interviews, Victoria said she also avoids meat, butter, oil, and sauces in her diet and finds her way of eating works best for her.
I'd rather just die if that's all I ate for 25 years.
imagine having the money to experience and eat every food all over the world just to choose vegetables. she makes all ancestors cry
The way he cut the pasta with his fork, made all of my Italian ancestors cry 🤣
Their sighs echoes hopelessly, eternally
@@GrinGottsGBL 😂
Forget about ancestors I'm a crying Italian-American 😢
Well it was also ice cold.😂😂
Yikes.
The way he brushed his hand through his hair and wiped it on his trousers while cooking ...
Brooklyn Beckham is exactly what’s wrong with the world.
8:53 I think his pasta was too soft and then he did so much stirring and mixing while it was in the cheese wheel that he broke it up, so they substituted either a second attempt or pre-made pasta for the plating.
I think the same thing
I agree
the metal tongs and the way he was gripping at it definitely weren't helping either
I think the original portions changed into cold glue while he was doing his Broccolini, so he dropped in a new batch of noodles and served that. Unsurprisingly, the result of this was "really good".
But since nobody is going to buy a $1000 cheese wheel just to prove this theory, the guy is save. Rich guys have it easy!
yeah, you can even tell from the sound the pasta was overcooked. Brrr.
Brooklyn beckham is also married to Nicola peltz whose father Nelson peltz is just 15 billon dollars worth . Happy to see him taking up cooking to support his family with Uncle Roger's words of encouragement.
😂😂😂
Well he is the house husband he has to do something 😅
support the haters
Yes Nelson Peltz is currently collaborating with Elon Musk to take over Disney.
It says 1.5 billion on google
I don't know if im the only one noticed when he put the pasta into the plate (close-up shot) and when the camera shot with him..the plate was different.
this guy is the dictionary definition of a Nepo Baby
He is still talking to his psychologist to this day about the stress opening that cheese ball caused him.
that 20 min haunted him that bad huh ?
lmao
The psychologist costing £5000 per hour
At least his fiancée isn’t a good actress so he’ll always know what she’s actually thinking.
And her side of the family has to worry even less about a few wasted cheese wheels.
❤ ngl the pasta looked like crap even his Russian girlfriend had to put on some D list acting skills
My guess is that she just wants steak ;)
@@thompson7271She is American not Russian, of jewish ethnicity. Her surname is also not Russian.
@@thompson7271He let the pasta get cold and dry while making vegetables & dessert!😅

As I understand it, people can eat cheese even if they are lactose-intolerant, because the lactose is fermented out of the milk during the milk-souring process.
Some people may have allergies to other things in cheese but they won't be running into lactose.
There was that one time I had some fruit cheese - all the _visible_ ingredients were ones I can eat, a cheese that resembles cream cheese, dried apricot, some generic currants, sultanas and raisins, brandy, poppy seeds. But, whether it was a preservative or what, I don't know, but my mouth turned into instant blood blisters, and since I'd put the fruit cheese on some double-baked bread, that ended up like chewing on razor blades.
I find it extraordinary that Brooklyn Beckham is happy to blow what for most people would be a couple of months' worth of grocery money on one lunch.
Sorry, Uncle Roger. I cannot take another minute of another Beckham.
Never expected to see Brooklyn Beckham cook better than Jamie Oliver
Jamie Oliver doesn't cook, he assembles.
@1 so hes like captain america? AVENGERS!!! Assemble.. i mean.. Thai Green Curry!!! Assemble!!!
I mean he just boiled pasta, wiggled it around in cheese and added some green nonsense on top. Hard to ruin something like that😅 Jamie's videos are more complicated and with actual cooking.
@@joe.banana While I agree that this is practically as basic as it gets, boiling pasta is literally (not figuratively or metaphorically, but quite literally) cooking. No need to pretend words don't mean what they do, you can shit on someone using them properly just as easily. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You must try really hard to cook worse than Jamie.
The entire point of that dish is that you shouldn't have to add cream. The sauce, like most Italian sauces is just cheese and pasta water.
Rich people wasting cheese....
His other son is trying to be a successful footballer, but I think growing up rich as fuck probably prevents him from reaching the heights his father did
At least professional sports is one of the few things left where being a nepo baby doesn't count for too much.
@@benwu7980 It still counts. Better clubs, better coaches etc.
@@freyja6360well, its still up to the son. If even with all that, he still cant be like his dad, then he is simply didnt cut for it (for sport)
@@alexhndr Yeah, of course it's up to him to take the chances he's given. But let's not kid around that he's training with the best coaches out there because of pure talent. There was a lot of buzz about why he got to be where he is right now. If he's gonna take the chance and prove himself, good for him. Otherwise he'll be flailing from gig to gig like his older brother.
David Beckham gave his life to Football as a kid. His kids ain't gonna be the same as him, and it's worse when they're born into a golden spoon family.
The best footballers in the world, their family backgrounds are usually not good, and football is the only way for them to make money and have a better life. So this is a sink or swim for them.
This is a very relatable cooking video, this demonstrates a very practical and budget friendly way to prepare a meal for most normies….so nice to see that this nepo baby influencer is so down to earth.
"Poor people like you and me (...)"

I missed that! Lol, thanks for pointing it out!
Underrated joke.

'Your Fiancé waiting outside, your pasta will get cold and you cook VEGTABLE! Hayaii.' Got me rolling on the floor in laughter. Uncle Rodger you never fail to make your videos entertaining.
I LOVE that Uncle Roger said that his pasta is basically RICH PEOPLE's version of mac and cheese! 😂
IT SO TRUE!
he said its just rich people mac n cheese, im dead
Absolutely class one of the best things I’ve seen on you tube in a while 😂💪🏻
10:39 The pasta got so cold and congealed that he had to cut it with the fork... The pasta was probably overcooked, too.
I don't know what kind of fancy recipe is this, but no one will ever convince me that you need to buy a 1000$ cheese wheel to cook a small portion of cheesy pasta. Someone should've told Brooklyn that skillets are not just for frying garlic😆
It's a recipe that's meant for large volumes, such as at a restaurant or food stall. Maybe at party if you invite enough people. It's definitely not meant for 1-2 servings.
$1,000 cheese, 6m views video. Not a bad investment.
Thank you uncle roger this cheered me up from getting lower than 90% on physics test 😊

0:38 "This nephew got BALLS Uncle Roger like" 💀
"Socialite just rich people version of unemployed?" 🤣🤣 YES EXACTLY! Thank you Uncle Roger (and Nigel) :)
ive just discovered uncle roger and am enjoying much; curious about casting you in the US for film and for stage
Wes Anderson is a pure genius reference
Nepo baby line is absolutely brilliant. And btw, Brooklyn pronounced tagliatelle wrong. That probably wouldn't have happened if he had an Italian servant in the basement making the pasta.
"Taggy Telly"
I can't 😂 That Nepo Baby line caught me SO off guard 😭😭😭
Towards the end of the video i just loved the fact Uncle Roger respects Italian culture as much as any other existing known culture on this planet. ❤
11:33 Ohmygod, this video so funny 😂
"My mum just likes to eat" He forget to finish the sentence with "air"
I'd say the reason that pasta looked so dry was because it had cooled so much and had congealed. You really shouldn't be able to slice your pasta with a fork like that.
Plus the filming and time lapses!
@@PassiveAgressive319 Yeah, professional TV or internet cooks typically make multiple dishes, each to certain positions within the recipe to ensure it looks as good as possible. Stopping cooking to film can either burn the dish or, quite the opposite, let it cool too much, with this being a distinct case in point. Past with sauces, ESPECIALLY cheese sauces, are best when still warm. Cool pasta will stiffen plus suck up water in the sauce making the sauce too thick.
@@Craxin01 yeah, I will BB a pass
We never saw the end result, but he said, hey, lemme make a pecan ... pie was it? Holy f***, that pasta must be an hour and a half old by now.
@@user-ps1ft1hy4j As a southerner, hearing him say pee-can pie irked me something awful. It's pecan, peh-con. Used to have a tree in my backyard until an ice storm killed it.
He sees rust on the door knob, buys a new house... I don't know... I can't even... Nigel has some of the most extreme twists in the history of comedic writing.

You made my day with this Video
the pasta was already cold when it reached the table... and seeing him slice the pasta made my ancestors cry
This is hilarious! I hollered at Uncle Roger's reaction to Brooklyn's fiance's "oh my God, it's really good." Not convincing at all. It does look a bit dry, but maybe the fancy cheese makes up for it? Brooklyn seems to be really down to earth, which is nice.

He’s already a failed photographer this cooking thing is just another phase for his rich wife to pay for
That is a really good learning experience for us.
3:02 A poor person's cheese wedge is called a dinner knife. I did a lot with those growing up.
As a former cheesemonger, two things made me cringe:
first he used grana padano instead of parmigiano regiano. (Wich makes it less expensive but also less tasty)
Second he did cut the wheel of cheese in the middle instead of the top for this kind of use. Now he is going to have twice as much work taking care of his cheese, protecting it from air, scraping the mold and aging it in general.
I was wondering about this. Surely ppl aren’t dropping nearly $1K on a wheel of cheese as a once-off. What happens to it now?
@@MrStredders If they are doing it to serve at like a fair or a carnival, or like a food stand a and they sell each plate for $15-$20 each, they could make their money back and then some with less than a hundred servings. People would pay that for one plate of rich people mac & cheese.
@@arcanask yeah ok that makes sense, more of a fancy street food vibe than something people are actually doing at home.
You think the child of David and Victoria Beckham is going to do ANY of that?
You think the child of David and Victoria Beckham is going to worry about properly storing the cheese? It’s probably going straight into the trash in a few days if not right after this video. 😂
@mrnigelng Grana Padano and/or Parmigiano Reggiano are lactose-free naturally... The bacteria ate all lactose during the process to "assemble" the cheese 😉

I'm not a cook. But it looked like the pasta he serves on the table are much wider than the paste he made himself. Even when he puts them from the top into the cheese wheel, they look thiner than what ends up on the plate when he serves it.
Though I might just be completely wrong.
also just the amount that was on the plate was way less than what he first grabbed out and started to put on the plate right before the cut.
Oh really? I thought this was all totally authentic, like all of these "reality" TV shows. I'm SHOCKED, I tell you.
Pasta absorbs water and gains mass through that. Never made pasta?
I believe it was switched out.
@@thenonexistinghero I did. And that is the only reason I'm not 100% certain. But the ratio seems off. They seem to be pretty thin still while they are a lot wider. Maybe I'm wrong.

Thank you Uncle Roger for defending my Italian heritage
Doing this, you essentially waste a half of the cheese wheel for one dish. You can't steralize it and it has a bunch of other ingredients you used for your pasta that is in the cheese wheel now. You pigeon hold that entire wheel just for this specific pasta dish for the future.
