- In this video we scan and hack some Crimson Harvest event data sites in Low Sec using a cheap Heron. Keeping it Caldari we also use a Cormorant to hunt rats.

I learned one day that weapons timers don't affect you jumping WHs seems pretty obvious now, but one day after having my and a buddies rollers get dropped on I learned I could have jump back so much earlier. I should have stayed for longer just sitting on the hole and kept fighting.

Going out in a blaze of glorie is an exciting way to start the video. Here (and during the hacking) I like how you keep comparing your ship's value to the cargo collected or the value obtained previously.

I did some in high sec, made some good isk, and there was surprisingly little competition for it. Or maybe I was just lucky. About 20-40mil every half hour or so. I am still really terrible at hacking so each box took me a while. Great vid, thanks for the tips.
The boxes not going bang is a good way to practise. I just follow the numbers down and never click a hidden node unless I really need to as they usually reveal a problem. o7

technically you can log off during the capsuleer timer just your ship will still be in space for its duration, but thats not an issue if you just log off in a station

I actually dont like when content creators do new player focused stuff and never show a ship loss , i lost probably 40 heron's as a new player , it happens now i luckily have basically no gear fear in eve; had my biggest pvp loss this week in a gate camp , was only like 300mil and i could not have given less of a shit about it honestly, i sort of knew there was likely a camp there but I rolled the dice and lost the roll its whatever its very rare i lose a ship anymore

“Emptied sites will despawn in few minutes. Sites that have been partially completed will despawn in a few hours. Once a site has despawned, the same site (sorted based on data or relic) will respawn within 2 minutes within the same region, but never within the same system.”
There is shame in cherry picking. U fly as an alpha and make other alphas life harder if u cherry pick.
Btw the guide is very usefull the looting method is not inspiring.
Other ppl will scan down the sites u cherry picked and all they will find is trash. Maybe next time u will find sites like that.

how come i do data and reliq sites in 0.2 and i get always shit loot for hours, i managed to do 10 mill in about 2 hours every cargo had like 20.000 isk the max i got was one with 2 mill rest was shit
Is it a faction warfare area, they don't seem to spawn regular sites the same as the others? Look out for dead ends on the map. The system I am in is a couple of jumps away from the system where this route leads nowhere.
@@daddex9222 Ill try, ty. Is there a good alpha fit for clearing rats in low sec ? like a easy ship to navigate i dont have experience in pve/pvp. Im just trying to mine in low sec and i need a ship to clear gas and ore sites.
