Bro mera new dvd rom hai but jab main is main dvd play karny k liye rakh kar close karti hun to ye no disk bata kar phr open ho jata hai is problems ko fix kesy kya jaey?
aap lens ko saf kijiye par bilkul aram se . kai bar uspe dhul jam jati hai or use khol kar daikhen bina disc se ki uske lens se light a rai hai k nai ya wo kam kar raha k nai. saf karne se na chale to samaj lena lens ya uski chip mai fault a gya hai or please disk jada scratch wale hogi wo be nhi ye bat ka be dyan rakhen.

nahi disc bhe new use ki bas jesay hi disc dal kar close karti hun disc plat dobara open ho jati hai.
fir uska locking system check kijiye or open close motor ko instructions deti hai us chip ko check karen. motor jarur check karen or lock system.

sabse pehle apne dvd writer ka lens saf kre cotton se par jada pressure dekar saf na kre or wires check kre ki properly inserted hai k nai .agar proper working fir be nhi ho rai to chip fault hai ap kisi shop par ja kar sai kra sakte hain.agar ap khud repair karna chahte hai to apne dvd writer ka model no daikh kar usk service manual downlaod kre jismai instruction di hongi apko flowchart mai ki agar ye chij kam nhi kar rai to kya kre with solution k sath.

सीपीयू ऑन करने पर सीडी ड्राइव अपने आप अंदर बाहर अंदर बाहर होने लगता है साथ ही Microsoft store be open ho jata hai इस प्रॉब्लम का सलूशन
uska lock system khrab ho gya hai ya fir uski motor control chip khrab ho gai hai or microsoft store ko band karne k liye system configuration mai windows startup programs uncheck karen ya fir service mai ja k disabled karen.

ok ,agar apka dvd writer kafi purna hai to use khol kar saf kijiye lens ko chod kar baki sab chip ko be kisi halk mulayam brush se saaf kijiye usk bad dvd writer ko halki dhup mai rakhe par lens ki kisi chij se dak de or usk sath apka witer ko open close karne wali motor ki chip se hai jisse connection a rhe hain usmai ek switch hoga usko khole usmai carban ko saf kre or fir sab use tarah chode de sab dhup mai sirf 15 se 20 min rakhna hai or fir chla k daikhe agar nhi shi hua to apne dvd writer ka model no net par likh kar uska service manual downlaod kre usmai apko proper chart diya hoga har problem ka.

please check dvd tray lock system is ok or not. if not repair it. if tray lock system is ok then motor control chip is damage . check it and replace it.
