I have them in both my cars a Berlingo Multispace and a BMW 2 Active Tourer and find them brilliant. Don’t last very long possibly 6-8 months so always carry spare pack as putting an original build next to it looks like a candle. Keep safe a well from a very sunny Liverpool!
I've installed these bulbs on my Honda VFR800 motorcycle and they're a big improvement from standard. Thanks for the idea 👍
Cracking difference for just a few quid, thanks for that
It is important to point out, that you will struggle a lot to see during rainy nights, especially with water on the road. Rain causes scattering to the whiter light. The lights will be on, everything working as it should, but you won´t see a thing.
Bulbs looked easy to change. Try changing headlight bulbs on an 08 Honda Accord. You'd need arms like an octopus.
True, it was surprisingly easy. The Vitara is good and basic. 😄
Try change on Megane 2006-2009, you need to take down the front of the car completely.

I've heard this but it's absolutely not the case.
Right hand side no worse than any other. LEFT-HAND side, take the battery out at worst. That's it.
OCTOPUS MEN
Thanks for throwing some light on this subject !
😄😄😄 Our pleasure!
should have had 1 bulb standard and 1 bulb night breaker to do a true side by side comparison. cameras tend to apply different contrast/brightness settings depending on the light pickup so you're never keeping the recording setting a constant between shoots.
Had to like this, just because Anthony's so sad. Worth hanging in til the end where he cheers up 5%. Still sure if that's because of the surprisingly good result, or just happy to have this 1 behind him. Really looking forward to next week's floor mat change! Hang in there Anthony, we're with ya! :-)
I have changed to the osram night breaker bulbs before and thought it was definitely worth it. Anthony, I was a bit worried that the majority of this video was a shot of your crotch..... but I’m still enjoying the weekly fix of cars Ireland. Keep it up.
I have the osram night breaker silver on my 2016 Sprinter wheelchair accessible vehicle, so much better than the original bulbs, mine were put in 2018 and only had one failing. Now going onto 5 years with the other 3
I buy this today and cost 9,99 euros. Not bad deal. 🤔🙂 before i use Osram original bulbs. Night breaker have more color and brightness.
H4 or h7?
Concise, to the point, no bluster. Fair play bud.
Honda CR-V, Skoda Kodiaq, Peugeot 5008, Nissan XTrail. Which one do you think is good?
I'd go for the Nissan xtrail better durability compared to the other stuff cine the parts are better and from Japan they are bit more expensive compared to other brands, same with Toyota and Mitsubishi if you plan to off-road the xtrail is the best
How do they last?
I suppose if they last a year then they're still worth it, every winter I think about getting some very high power bulbs and this year I finally have, keep reading reports that they don't last long though.
High power or high heat tends to wear out faster.
I suggest you only use low beam at night and the little standard bulb at daytime
Yeah, it is worth it. Those are great bulbs.
I love getting flashed at on the highway when using these bulps.
I wonder would these work on an Opel Insignia, it has crap lights as standard, also would they pass the NCT? Thanks
You're replacing a halogen bulb like for like. I don't see why brightness would be an issue with NCT, they just check the aim & kick up.
It's not like sticking HID or LED lights in a halogen headlight
if you think your headlight are crap, there's a few hings to check:
1- proper aim, (it's not because NCT says it's good that it is)
2- voltage at the lamp, it should be ~13.5V with engine on
3- clean headlight assembly in good shape
4- good quality bulb
@@dufonrafal Thanks a million, actually getting a new car today believe it or not with xenon lights, so this isn't an issue anymore thankfully
@@Edvard.Munchkin You're welcome ;)
I would still check the aim though, I had more than one brand new cars with LED or xenon that were not properly aimed at the factory ;)
@@dufonrafal great thanks
Awesome.
Would it affect NCT?
Kindly comment, thanks
No gloves?!?
Brill as usual. 😅
Супер. Спасибо.
