Other than the stupid turnovers Tatum had an underrated game he wasn't forcing shit and made a lot of good passes and was getting them rebounds nothing really felt forced and he was locked in defensively people will stat watch but Tatum had a lot of big plays

Watching the game, every time he drove the defense collapsed, and he would often kick it out to open shooters for either an assist or hockey assist. Like he said the other day, people just want him to score 35 every night, but I’ll take someone who makes the right plays when they are being doubled constantly, instead of trying to force his shots over the doubles and making the offense stagnant

Rebounds so great. He has matured now. He averaged 31ppg last year and they didn't win. Now he knows he needs to use the weapons around him to succeed

As soon as Porzingis checked in the game you could feel his impact on both sides of the floor especially defensively with his rim deterrence. The mavs can’t continue to switch with actions involving porzingis because it leads to him getting a switch on guard or a smaller wing and he will punish it every single time.
I do think the stretch when Dallas comes back to down 8, they easily could have tied the game or close but they had back to back travels, Kyrie missed an open 3, bad turnovers… I think that was the game right there.
Porzingis wouldn’t have had this game next to any other superstar jaylen brown wouldn’t be all nba next to any other superstar. Most selfless superstar in the league.
As a Mavs fan you have to recognize how incredible this Celtics team is. But I wouldn’t count the Mavs out P, we have adjusted really well after losing game ones this year and could have one that game with better shooting luck!
