I don't work but my husband will tell you that I'm the COO and the CFO of our household. as you said, what I do isn't seen but he knows his clothes are clean; house is clean; groceries in house, etc. We don't allow anyone's negative thoughts about us, affect us and neither should you. It's not just influencing. That is just how the world is as a whole. You can never please everyone. Please yourself. Do not make that deter you from posting what your husband does for you. You appreciate him and you are sharing it with your subscribers/followers. The ones that are hating are usually unpleased with their life. If you had done the opposite they would have still said something. There are people that are just meant to hate on others no matter what an individual/s does. Continue doing you. The ones that genuinely matter are those in front of you. Those who are with you. Your ride-or-die subscribers would not do this to you.

I will have been married for 33 years this December and I DON’T DO FLOORS. I absolutely hate doing them, however, my husband loves a clean floor or freshly vacuumed rug. My husband does the primary cooking in our house and I could care less what people think (especially coming from a traditional Caribbean family 🙄). He loves it! I do cook when he’s not in the mood. I understand with being on a platform though, comments could get to you so I wanted to leave a positive one. You know what you do is enough and your man is happy. Eff them miserable lonely people!

Hey Jess. Just a tip for painting. Lay the tape then paint white, let that dry then paint your grey ontop. The top colour won't transfer through the tape that way
I felt the same way when I first got married in March of this year. But after asking my husband he said he loves doing things for me. My husband cooks for me too I work alot and I'm really tired when I get home. Plus I've been teaching him how to cook for the past 10 years lol so that's my hard work/recipes in that kitchen 😅.

So I had to come on here and comment. The husband part really got me because I'm also a young newly-ish-wed [2yrs] and I know how words can work. I mean you only need to hear or read something negative about you and or your marriage and it will seep into your consciousness. Before you know it, those words traveled from wherever and find there way in your thoughts and you end up second guessing yourself [the same way you said you began to question if you're giving something tangible in return]. Just wanted to encourage you not to let it affect you any deeper......it might be hard now as an influencer to cease from posting Johnathan in your reels etc. Especially because you wanna share that part of your life with us....but guard him...as his wife and since you've seen how ppl can take things like this so far...perhaps keep some of those memories off air cause some real bitter miserable "crawsiz" ppl out deh. Hi Jess, You guys are so cute together! Great video. Regarding the paint, you should use the green colored painters tape to get crisp lines. The blue tape will bleed through. It's a learning process.

My husband cooks for me and brings me a plate. In return, I do the same sometimes. My hubby probably cooks more than me but just like him...I have a full time job too.
