Converting a bike that's got a freehub is a far simpler proposition than a freewheel. Spacers and a single speed cog in the back and your'e good. Vs either buying an adaptor and a single speed freewheel, or doing what I did and rednecking together spacers and dismantling the freewheel to make it a single. Your crankset looks great. I just did a similar project with a freewheel, it was just as easy, the cassette just unscrews and you screw in a single speed, check out my other video about single speeds
@@phazerworld6300 There is a great video by RJ the bike guy if you wanna learn the CORRECT way of re-centering a wheel on it's axel and re-dishing it so it will 'naturally' have the correct chainline for a single speed freehub. That is the actual good proper way. I just hacked things together until it did what i wanted. Or yo ucan buy this piece I'd seen that basically acts as an extender so a single speed freewheel will do right. Goign t owatch your other videos now.
