This was way informative I had my chain broke and did not know what to do couldnt find any videos that helped but this one was perfect thank you now I can fix my chain.
Could someone please help me I just got my motor installed on the hyper beach cruiser I cannot beat my chain into the sprocket because the sprocket is not turning on my engine I've got this spark plug and hooked I haven't even started it yet but it's not you feed it through what the hell's going on
I believe it is because having the spark plugs on makes it harder for the piston to rotate therefore meaning it will be harder to rotate the chain on the sprocket
I use a Rigid drill for a screw driver and a Rigid impact. I hardly ever pick up a screwdriver or a ratchet. By the way I have several you-tube channels and hardly visit this one. So many people have made comments that I never expected or replied to. I guess I should visit this channel more often. And maybe make some more videos.
Techead97 is correct, however I have read several articles on using #41 roller chain, easily purchased in places like tractor supply - it has identical spacing and pitch but is a tiny bit wider (less apt to jump rear sprocket) and a much higher breaking point (2000 lbs) - master links and half links are easily available as it is used in a huge variety of applications - I wanted to buy it to replace my chain but unfortunately couldnt find it in this part of costa rica
This bike wasn't mine, it was a customers. However I always say, there is no such thing as an ugly bike. If the owner likes it, that's all that matters.
Thank you brother! Went from my 150cc moped to my 80cc bike and everyday it's something fkn new to fix

I'm trying to take it off what's a spark plug socket so what's the next solution
Why did you take off the spark plug?
i know???

Hey man thank you! Can you tell me what kind of spark plug do you use?
Why do we remove the spark plug?
I remove the spark plug as to eliminate compression to make it easier to move the sprocket.
It isn't necessary, but that's the way I do it.
Thank you work perfect
Thanx very helpful.

My next build is a west cost choppers bike with a pit bike motor any pointers
What is the size bolt that you used for the clutch cover
They were screws on that engine.
Does anyone know what size chain I would need as mine has snapped
Most kits come with a 415 chain
How to put chain back on if it came undone
Thank you very much good job
Thanks for the tips brother.
What size of chain is that ?.
415
I'm looking for a chain what's the dimension of it
It is most likely a 415 chain.
What is the size of the chain? 520 or 530? Thanks for posting.
Usually 415. That’s what my kit was shipped with.

good video !
Thank you m&m
You might've added which way the locking link should be facing.
I didn't think of that. Closed end faces the direction of travel.
Meaning no petle power just motor
you gotta check mine out!

Check out my bike on Instagram Salseenit
You didn't even show how to put the sprocket on
Because it's called how to put a chain on not a sprocket
I also have a video on installing the sprocket.
