I'd go with Vlands in your place, those really transform this car from being 17 year old car. Because right now, you do have leds, but these are still and old form headlights and taillights
@buildfixcars idk if you did it, but I'm thinking about changing trunk struts as oem ones are weak it turns out. It costs around 40$ to change both and in the end your trunk lifts up by itself after pressing the trunk button on a car key

My 2IS came with navigation and a backup camera, but I want apple carplay. Is there any way you could make a video/tutorial on how to remove the oem backup camera for the one that comes with the carplay screen or how to wire the oem camera to the carplay screen? I have been searching everywhere but cannot find one.
Yeah i think you can do it, check the product link i shared, they have a compatibility image to show if your model will support the CarPlay screen or not
Hmm you can check the compatibility from the listing image. And some subscribers were able to use their oem camera. But i suggest using the free camera they give you with the device since its 4K or 2K camera.

Check the wiring, after that reset your tpms sensor from the tire pressure option button which is on the left of the steering wheel
