Booming Voice and Improved Battle Shout are two different talents. One makes the duration longer and free, the other increases the attack power percentage. Just in case anyone else is wondering. Booming Voice is the talent next to Cruelty on the first tier of the Fury tree.

Did the PTR always have a target dummy?
Defence giving 4 AP per point makes it kind-of a no-brainer to take no? 5 points giving 40ap on top of the defence is like 20 str for free.

does this enrage really gives u more dmg then deepwounds?? i have a diffrent build i been trying and it's doing good dmg+ 0 rage problems when i get hit with flagellation

Wait did i hear you/ understand you right. Battle shout does aoe threat? Im new to tanking by the way. sorry if this is a noob question.
battle shout does a flat amount of global threat depending on how many targets you buff, that includes pets so if you are in a group with hunters it does even more :p
Hey bro, I read commanding shout would be free, not battle shout. Was that a mistake saying you'd be spamming it because it's free, or did I miss something?
Both are free if you take the booming voice talent
If you spec into the Booming Voice talent, the duration increases by 150% and the cost is reduced by 100%.
Does going Flagellation bypass plus defense?
So in theory, I think you're getting hit as a crit for rage generation despite having plus defense. (I know plus defense also adds avoidance, but also AP now. Whatever it is, it feels super convoluted.)
It doesnt go around avoidance no, a dodge wont generate rage.
All this talent does is if say your armor is reducing physical damage to 0.7x, your rage generation from damage will be divided by it so it does the same amount as it would have done without armor
since when is getting crit in hard raids a good thing
it was never good, especially if the tier sets have so much +defense on them and we have a ring rune with +25 defense
Because you take more damage and get more rage, also there is no such thing as a hard raid in classic which is why getting crit is good

How sad would it be, if after almost 30 new runes, druids or paladins were to say that they now can AOE tank by buffing the group with Might and MotW…
Hit cap is 6% not 8%.
hit cap was 6% in sunken temple because bosses were only 2 levels over you, now it is 9 (minus 1) because molten core bosses are 63

bro this seems wrong from all the testing I have done. Go into arms and get deep wounds and either impale or go get Cruelty from fury. Also you WANT defense from Anticipation because it raises your AP and Shield slam will hit a ton harder now that it also scales from AP. I have been getting over 2k crits with Shield Slam consistently in the PTR on the training dummy while having next to 0 rage problems and that is with no rage generation from also getting hit.
Yep, anticipation is an easy pickup now. Also now that we scale AP with defense we will inevitably reach crit cap at some point if not already with much higher shield block uptime after the flagellation rework. He is coping with the fury prot talents from old.
i just made a build that is 17/3/31, should i pick up 3 in anticipation instead of 6% more armor?

You should never ever ever top meters as a tank. Happy about the glad tanking being gone. Everything just all parse parse parse dps. Tanks need a way to parse other then dps, ie damage reduction dodges parries blocks etc...
You are correct. At the moment, tanks don't bother to have the threat meter active but instead the damage meter.
