I being a Bengali and a native to Kolkata, would like to recommend any foreigners who is coming to Kolkata, that to witness the Durga Puja of Kolkata....and the second thing is the Kolkata Derby, (If you are a football/soccer fan) which is one of the top 25 greatest football rivalry in the world and the oldest football derby in whole asia.

Lifestyle is moderate here which means A person who is earning 30k or 15 k can survive or person earning 300k will thrive..Without any support from the Central Govt It still maintains the 3rd Richest tag after Mumbai and Delhi..Safest city of India for straight five years.. It is way above than Hyderabad, Banglore and Chennai in terms of vibes and fun to have in city. I agree that so called Corporate life is not good , Also large migration of People from UP and Bihar, Jharkhand also have ruined the cleanliness of the city.
Thanks for covering this side of the town as well, when we see any kolkata vlogs it's always all about north kolkata lanes and kolkata and that nostalgia stuff(you know how it goes) but this part like the Salt Lake, Newtown are mostly not covered by anyone and trust me when I tell you, this part has much more to offer in terms of place to hang out or food . And kudos to you for trying out this new part of kolkata which most vloggers skip

Mac, I would urge you to visit the Himalayas in India. That's a part of our country which I just can't describe in mere words.... it's magical! I think you ve already visited Darjeeling which is a wonderful hill station. But there are lots of other hill stations and offbeat places in the Himalayan mountains which you can explore.

Love your videos Mac. Genuine question though out of curiosity, why do you need to "manage" a team of people? You travel from place to place, I guess edit your videos and organise travel and accommodation back in your hotel room or while travelling and then move on to your next place. Why do you need a team to do that ?
