I came here after I saw the Hamm's clone video because I realized I had not seen the making of the Hazy Otter. Worth the view! FWIW, Maris Otter is my absolute favorite malt. Love the hop bill and the fact that you were using up stuff you had on hand. I make my hot Scotchies with Lagavulin because I have that in the house. BTW, where did you learn the mad editing skills? Your videos are really well done.
Thanks again for the kind words. Lagavulin is also a good scotch but I’m a honey junkie so I keep going back to Aberlour. As far as my editing skills go, I’m an amateur at best and I have a long way to go before I’m mad. LOL. I’m bare bones basic right now. I use my iPhone to record all of the video and then I use the iMovie app on my iPhone to put the videos together. One day I’ll get some real cameras and editing software for my laptop.
