The zoom lense is definitely worth the extra cost! You don't know how many times I've want to be close to my subject to cut out telephone wires or such or just to add the parallax effect

For 90% of drone operators, the Mini 3 Pro is more than adequate. Ask almost anyone who owns both, for a travel drone the Mini 3 Pro wins hands down. The Mavic 3 would only be warranted for commercial work in my opinion.

Wait, a $3500+ drone vs $1200+ drone? The only comparison you can make with these is that one is small and more portable and the other isn’t but excels in everything else.
Well if you go more in depth, the mavic 3 will be a lot more stable in windy conditions and for more professional work you can film in 5k that works very well when editing or blowing up a picture but if you're not interested in that stuff I would go with the mini 3. When I was looking at the mini drones for traveling I picked up the mini 3. I find that even for pro work I end up gravitating to the mini 3 I hardly use sensors anyways so that doesn't have any impact on my decision, also just get the rc-n1 controller works perfectly fine and if you have a newer phone the visuals beat out the screen on the pro controller
Initially the MFT sensor (in cameras) was a compromise between size/weight and being “good enough”, and was pretty much looked down on. Good to see technology has moved so far forward. Would a larger sensor mean an even larger camera? If so, imagine the camera on Mavic.

I ordered the DJI Min 3 Pro with Fly more combo on 6/1/2022 to a California address. Someone's gonna bring it to india for me on 7/5/2022. But the estimated delivery date says 7/17/2022 !! Is there any possibility that I can get the order 2 weeks before? Or should I cancel it?
I doubt it - the experience with this drone is DJI is a little behind on supply. Most are coming after delivery estimated dates. doubtful they will deliver yours early. Could it be available in India? Maybe you can purchase it over there

I wanted to see how much worse will be the quality of RAW image and video footage. It's acceptable for me. And portability wins at this moment for me. I'm not saying because mini 3 is better. It's simply smaller and fits better for my specific need. I'm not comparing the cost as it doesn't matter in this particular case. So that's why I found this video helpful. But for now I'll hold with buying it because of the known range issues. I need to wait and see what will be the manufacturer's response to the users complains. I hope they'll fix it soon. That's what is blocking me for now.
