Coming back to this album, it's actually very emotional. And it's satisfying to listen to something like this that expresses feelings I've had in my worst times.
I feel like Gravity did pretty well. I've always known that it was a good album, but whenever I look at the comments section of these songs, I see positive comments. I feel only those "Metalheads" disliked Gravity and I feel like their number is way too less when compared with lovers. Glad to know this ❤
You can hear how lost in the dark he was at this moment.. Breathe Underwater has made me cry more than once. Pour your heart and soul out as much as you like Matt il always hear you!!

This album is so underrated! I Love it. Every song is good - I was reading reviews and people saying it’s so different from the rest of BFMV - that made me listen lol. It’s an awesome record.

I love this part 3:39 , it sounds so sad, it makes me feel the same way Matt must feel, it's really awesome.
This whole album is just amazing. In the beginning it sounded a bit weird and I was worried, but now that I've been listening to it it has really grown on me. The lyrics are powerful and the instruments hit hard after all those slow parts. Also, I love the powerful melodies. Another amazing album from BFMV.
as a metalcore fan, this is easily one of the better records out there for metalcore. yes they have less riffs and solos, but it's not all straight garbage. one thing Bullet always has is great groove to their music. not dancing music but it feels good in a way of how everything flows together
I agree, even though there isn't that many riffs on the album, and no solos, and almost no screams, Bullet surely do know how to structure a song to flow perfectly. They know how to make the transitions in songs feel natural. That is why I actually love this album, because they were able to make simple sound amazing
@@mickeldeblois3945 one thing metal bands and metalhead need to remember is that bands like pantera and megadeth can use both complex riffs and very simple riffs, but it's structured very well and flows smoothly that who cares how complex the riffs or solos are, it's a great flowing song/album and doesn't feel too complex
I would not call this metal core. You can not put this up there next to Parkway Drive, As I lay Dying, August Burns Red, Breakdown Of Sanity ect…… They don't have any kind of breakdowns anymore. This is more pop metal or something. But its still good

@@JabroniBear I wouldn't say either that this album is metalcore, it's more post-hardcore/alternative rock if anything. But hearing BFMV that way is something I'd never thought i'd hear. But anyways, the experimental phase seems to be over, because the next one, according to Matt Tuck, will be more traditional and way heavier than Gravity.
It is just me or I feel sadness in every song that is in this album
I believe since Matt Tuck was going through divorce during the making of this album, I'm sure he released his pain into this album

If you take ''i'' form Poision then you have ''I'' and if you take Aim and Fire you have "II". So there is only Fever and TT which are miss those and to be honest these albums were not as good as the rest, maybe Fever gave me more positive vibes but still it is lack of roman number soo :D If they won't put VII on the next album then we should be worried xD

Long time fan and I am not disappointed with this album. Yes it's not as heavy as previous albums but still great. I appreciate the chance taken as artists to try something new with their sound. Lyrics are emotional and the sound suits it well. Mix and production are the best Bullet has had to date.
Been a fan since The Poison saw them In 07 and 08, I think this album kicks ass!

I know this whole album is hit or miss with BFMV fans, but really it is one of their best since the Poison. My husband introduced me to this band and doesn't really care for this one, but since Nu Metal is my favorite genre, of course I love it! Just love his voice!

I love this as much as their earlier stuff, it has that BFMV melody and flow. The space they create in the quiet parts contrasting against the heavy chugs and strong vocals make it a great song imo

I've heard so many songs from this band and i like everysingle one, to me they are the second most favourite band, right after Linkin Park. Bullet for my Valentine is beutiful and amaizing, sad that never got chance to go on LP concert, but i am looking as soon as possible to come on one of theirs. Love this band!

In my opinion this is one of Bullet’s best albums, up there with The Poison and Scream Aim Fire, better than Venom, Fever and definitely better than Temper

As someone who discovered Bullet with their newest self-titeled record and fell in love wirh the heavy sound I must say that this side of them is really underappreciated. Sure it may not be as heavy but it just really get's me on an emotional level. Gravity and this song in particular f*Ing slapps ❤

This album is not so much about technicality as it is about emotions. You have to feel and go through the songs as you listen to them in order to appreciate the record.

I've been a fan since the poison, and I can honestly say that this album is your best yet, great work guys.
I'm old enough to finally appreciate this album. When it first came out in early 2018 i had a girlfriend, a dog and most of all i was successful in life. I didn't know what true loss felt like so i just didn't gell with Gravity but I've lost all that now and i finally appreciate this album.
Great job, BFMV!🤘 You guys just proved that nice melodics can get people headbanging too. I was a little biased towards your heavier tracks from your previous albums, but damn!! This album sounds beautiful! Love you guys!

This is awesome been listening to Bullet For My Valentine since 2009, sounds very different but very good. It is amazing to see how many negative comments there is. Have any of you made a piece of art before? A painting, A song? Traveled? Recorded CD's, have been doing any of these for years and evolved just to have someone criticize your artwork? Its all unecessary.
This is literally an electropop song with a breakdown. And I'm not insulting, I'm just describing. So far it seems Tuck finally took the metal-influenced pop path. I'm glad he took the decision after constant teases from previous albums.

I can kinda see what you're trying to say, but idk if you've noticed, but the guitar, bass, and drums still hold a much much bigger part in the instrumentals on Gravity than the electronics do, the electronics are built to kinda have a sub type effect just to make the instruments have a thicker sound, which is why the chorus to this song is absolutely monstrous

A song need not have heavy riffs to be heavy. Some strong lyrics can make it heavy too. IMO Gravity is really a very good record.
