All the comments here yelling at each other and I'm over here enjoying everything from Emarosa, Slaves and Dance Gavin Dance. Everything doesn't have to be a competition.
Dance Gavin Dance going strong with Tillian, Jonny Craig has his new band Slaves on the rise, now Emarosa is holding it down. What a great year these three bands have ahead of them.
Holy shit I could not agree more. Hearing that Jonny Craig has Slaves and Emarosa with a new lead singer I was really skeptical, but damn they have not disappointed. So stoked!
I like how no one really knew what to expect. We'd all of had an idea of how we thought it would sound, or how we wanted it to sound in our heads. You listen to this and you hear clarity in band. No comparisons, no half measures. This is emarosa
Grut Sweed And to be even more fair, singers have it the hardest of all musicians. You can't really sing with the same audacity every single day without giving your throat a rest lol
Grut Sweed I think that's a fair enough outlook. Personally, it doesn't really bother me whenever a vocalist can't hit the notes that they do on the track, I just wanna get pumped
When I listen to this, the words Vibrant, Melodic, Soft, Classy, Harmonic, Heavenly come to mind. I could name more, but man...I like this change. This, my friends is art.
Yeah and at least it doesn't sound the same in every single song like Jonny Craig does. Like yeah his voice is nice but listen to every song Jonny sings. They all sound the same.
Even though all the Johnny Craig drama sucks, now Emarosa fans have a new AWESOME sounding Emarosa AND a new band that sounds VERY similar called Slaves with Johnny Craig. We win!
You said it, Slaves WITH Jonny Craig...I get what you're saying, but I really felt the Slaves track was kinda generic honestly....this had fucking power!!!
Well Jonny Craig... nah I'm just fucking with you, seriously stop with that though, tons of bands change their singer, the rest of the band are still there writing, struggling, touring and they're fucking awesome.
If you're a true fan to music than if a band changes it's singer it won't sound like a new one, because the bands music still sounds the same. Seems like you're not listening to music right.
EpicWood The point I made was not about the Singer, or that changing the singer changes the sound of the band justin_1702 what I'm essentially saying is spare a thought for the band members who have stayed true and consistent, been the driving force behind songs you know and love and will continue to produce incredible music and to not have a comment feed comparing Bradley to Jonny, I haven't seen a single comparison between Chris and Bradley since he became their vocalist and yet Chris is the original vocalist of Emarosa not Jonny? People are too closed minded about a band making decisions for themselves these days
My favorite thing about Emarosa is that no matter what lead vocalist they have, they are still an incredible band that everyone supports. Their music gets better with each vocalist. Only band I know of that can do that.
JC would prob end up stabbed in a backstage brawl so as awesome as a tour with those bands headlining sounds, it would prob never happen. Too much personal BS
Since we can't really have a formulated opinion on here, I'll make one for you guys. This isn't Jonny, He's not coming back, get over yourself. That being said, Bradley is very different from Jonny and, to be honest, this reminds me of a cleaner version of Corsets are Cages(The first Emarosa EP with Chris Roetter). I liked that album. Yes, it's not very polished and it's extremely rough around the edges. But, I think that's the appeal this has. You can hear the emotion, I also saw someone say that there was chugging in this song? Are you mental? It's minimal if any and that is what you choose to use to tear this song up? please, just get out of the comments now. Everyone loves to scream about how bad a song is chugging when it doesn't do so at all. I know a lot of Rise bands suck and they have horrible issues with doing that, but is that an excuse to senselessly attack every band? Anyways, stoked to see this album come through. If you have any sort of heart, you'll at least give the rest of the album a chance, I hope.
I must be weird. I loved Emarosa with Jonny, but I actually like their latest album the best. Really like the diversity of songs on it! Hopefully the argument over who is the better singer won't last as long as it did with Saosin, I'd rather just listen to where this band is going to go, instead of focusing on something that doesn't matter.
Scrolling through comments and I don't see even one about Chris Roetter! Hahaha. This song is really amazing. I would love to see Chris do something less angry in LMTF. I love them to death, one of my favorite bands but I wish they would branch out a little, maybe make a few songs in the vein of Emarosa.
The Chris roetter era emarosa was so legit but I feel like it came a bit too early. If they hadn't linked up until more recent years I think they could have created something that would have lasted. I enjoy Like Moths To Flame but what he put out with Emarosa will always be dear to my heart.
nononono saosin changed their sound a lot with cove this still has that good old emarosa feel but with a singer who is amazing and pumping life into the monster
Brad has an incredible voice, don't get me wrong. but there's nothing in this song that sticks out from being generic besides that imo.
10 років тому+1
Can agree, alltho it proves that emarosa really can get going with this. It's a "taste" of what to come. And i think it will go well :) Emarosa is great!
nothing about the music stuck out to me aside from the chorus. not saying I didn't enjoy the song, I was moving a bit and It will probably grow on me in time but i get the "generic" bit. The new vocalist didn't particularly strike me as amazing, compared to the sounds new DGD is putting out with Tilian and Johnny. They have very distinct styles and understanding of melodies and write some pretty awesome hooks. The only hook here was the chorus and will be the only bit of this song I remember.
Generic song to say the least BUT it's good shit I love it this is well executed rock music you don't have to be all pretentious and revolutionary to be good all you have to do is put forth an effort and show you have some sort of passion for your music, so glad they didn't become like other rise bands gonna buy this album.
I idolise Jonny. In Emarosa, DGD, Slaves and anything he's ever done. But Bradley Walden. You guys were worried? seriously? He's fucking phenomenal. I love Emarosa and i think this will be the best album yet.
This is just... wow.. I expected good things from the band, following the new vocalist.. But I most definitely did not expect this.. This is just.. I have no actual words.. It's blown my mind.
I was very scared and very anxious about how this would be the new singer emarosa. I'ma huge fan of the band and represents a lot to me and I was very apprehensive in this gap. Jonny Craig is for me the best vocalists of our time and live in style too. Well, I really liked this new sound presented, analyzing the instrumental vibe remained the same as before and actually added new vocalist with the band and was not something that was beyond his ability. Too happy to have my favorite band at work and be able to expect new songs. Emarosa emarosa is always and will never disappoint me. I hope. Thanks Emarosa.I was very scared and very anxious about how this would be the new singer emarosa. I'ma huge fan of the band and represents a lot to me and I was very apprehensive in this gap. Huge jonny fan. Huge Emaorsa fan. Slaves had a song come out. Emarosa had a song come out. Wasn't impressed by Slaves. Emarosa killed it. This song is amazing and Bradley fits in so damn well.
Pete de Bruyn ive listened to it a few times. I really really like Jonny Craig a lot. The song was just meh. I didn't enjoy it as much as I did this track.
embie Yeah same. I like the song, I just wasn't wowed by it. And I think its because Emarosa had big shoes to fill and im just in awe at how amazing Bradly fits into the band. It really took Slaves thunder for me personally.
I like this, this dude sounds enough like Jonny Craig for it to have a similar vibe but still different enough for it to be its own thing. I can't get into Slaves yet for some reason, idk the production is just too much for me, can't pick out an actual instrument its just sorta a huge wave of sound.
Didn't matter if they ever found a vocalist. I was dying without hearing these wonderful musicians just play... so much talent. Great guys, been the biggest fan of this band since the beginning!
After almost four years without a new track, I expected something a little more catchier then this. I am not saying this is bad, I actually enjoyed it, but I had larger expectations.
It sounds good until he hits the high notes. Then, to me, it just sounds weird and doesn't fit the music well. Only my opinion. But, of course, I'll still have people to say shit to me about it.
His voice is a manlier Kellin Quinn. Johnny was a great singer but he never varied HOW he was singing, he always used the same tone, whether it be ghost runner on third, dgd or emarosa. This guy uses his entire vocal range and it sounds awesome to not have the same vocal sang with different lyrics
this comment legitimately made me realize how stupid Emarosa fans are. You can't think that's true. Please, I know you guy's like this new Emarosa and hate Jonny Craig or whatever but please don't start saying crazy shit.
I love how people are suddenly hating on Jonny saying he was a bad singer. On an Emarosa vid, a new one at that; so they obv listened to him... Even though Jonny was the voice of Emarosa for the longest compared to the other singers. And there is no denying his talent, hate or love Jonny. Don't call him a bad singer. Say you like the new singer better, w.e =]
Not sure why so many people complain about no Jonny when he's no longer part of a project. DGD sounds great with Tilian, Bradley is sounding great with Emarosa, and Jonny sounds great with Slaves. It's a win, win, win, and more music for everyone.
anyone else agree the part "There's a part of me hoping you can find a better part of me" wasn't that good, vocally, it didnt sound right, like it didnt fit there, the pitch of his vocals. like they were too high than the instruments or something. i dont know, theres just something about that line.
I don't hear it man, I actually really like that part. It's hard to go from singing that low to shooting up that high. I found it pretty impressive. Try it yourself, especially for an inexperienced singer (if you are). It's definitely on key, no doubt about that. But if you don't like it, that's another thing. Hopefully you can find other parts about the song you really like to help you overlook how that line sounds. I hope we can all agree that chorus was brilliant!
I respect Bradley's musicianship, however I think his voice is more naturally suited for Squid The Whale than Emarosa. For Instance, at 2:00, the falsetto right there would have had some much more of an effect on my ear drums if it had been Jonny singing it. Then again I could just be biased to being in love with hearing Jonny sing with Emarosa. Who knows. Let's just ask them both do the same album separately and we can just choose who we'd like to listen to!
I was comparing vocals on this track along with the new track Slaves just released and honestly this band's new singer hits more high and low notes than Jonny Craig ever could. I am a huge JC fan but now I might be reconsidering. Can't wait what's in store with the Versus album.
holy fucking shit! Emarosa is back! i'm definitely feeling this. Both Emarosa and Slaves are giving me a boner damn, so stop the fighting, both these bands are killing it in their own way. i'm looking forward to both their albums ...so much good music
Its fangirls like this that fuel the immature band vs band bullshit... Jonny Craig and Bradley Walden are two very talented vocalists... leave it at that and shut up
not exactly sure what it means, but at the time of me rewatching this video, this has 65000 more views than the 3 slaves tracks combined, I didn't really like this at first, but it's seriously growing on me
Walden's voice sounds completely strained and inexperienced, I feel embarrassed for anyone who attempts to compare him to an incredible voice like Jonny's
this song is great! i love their old stuff, but the new vocalist sounds great and overall proves that the emarosa sound can exist without jonny. especially the chorus sounds great.
***** it just sounded... idk... "right" i guess? I dont feel this song.. I dont get the shivers I used to get from their older songs.. it's not a bad song at all but it doesnt feel like an uniqe band anymore..
***** I mean, there's also a lot of variety between songs on Relativity. If I had to compare this song and the live tracks I've heard to any other album, let alone an Emarosa one, it's Relativity. This is brilliant, though, don't get me wrong.
Ray Kon DGD's best material is sans Jonny. Acceptance Speech and Deathstar are widely considered their best albums. I have a feeling that Emarosa will improve vastly now that Jonny's tacky lyricism and trite r&b melodies are gone.
Love love love it. I was very skeptical as to who was going to replace Jonny. But they made the right choice. Saw them live with the new signer and damn he can sing. I
Wow that fox is really good at singing.
Well actually my head is pretty tiny. I didn't realise that my profile picture made it look otherwise.
Shaan Ciantar your head is fine. I think Reno might have some issues.
Now we know what the fox _really_ says.
The fox had been holding in the feels for too long. He had to let it go
Ø i think Siri knows the answer...
All the comments here yelling at each other and I'm over here enjoying everything from Emarosa, Slaves and Dance Gavin Dance. Everything doesn't have to be a competition.
well, if you were a preteen girl with an extended menstrual cycle you would be arguing too.
fair enough.
+Matthew Joseph I thought that was this genre's only audience.
+Matthew Joseph I thought that was this genre's only audience.
Dude you just named all the bands I've been obsessing over recently!
Dance Gavin Dance going strong with Tillian, Jonny Craig has his new band Slaves on the rise, now Emarosa is holding it down. What a great year these three bands have ahead of them.
All different vibes, all great bands.
I just want to say hi, Jeremy.
Kai Gose ...Hi, Kai.
You can't forget Kurt Travis is killin' it in A lot Like Birds!
Thank you.
This was a perfect comment...see youtube, THIS ^^ is how you leave a comment. Stop being trolls and love the music
Grut Sweed to be fair jonny craig couldnt either lol
Grut Sweed And to be even more fair, singers have it the hardest of all musicians. You can't really sing with the same audacity every single day without giving your throat a rest lol

Welcome back.
When I listen to this, the words Vibrant, Melodic, Soft, Classy, Harmonic, Heavenly come to mind. I could name more, but man...I like this change.
This, my friends is art.
This is Emarosa at their best if you ask me. I'm in love.
I mean it's nice, and diff but his voice isn't half as unique as Jonny Craigs
It is unique.. Yes his voice isn't as 'soulful' as Johnny's, but it surely is extremely good and different.
Yeah and at least it doesn't sound the same in every single song like Jonny Craig does. Like yeah his voice is nice but listen to every song Jonny sings. They all sound the same.
Quade Carter thats his weakness IMO. The voice of a singing god yet gets annoying and tiresome halfway through a record
What does the fox say?! EMAROSA!!!
hahahaha great
Sounds like Circa Survive and Saosin had a baby. Which is a very good thing.
i laugh so hard with this lol :D
no man that's awful.
it's like the new singer of DgD. I hate that kind of forced high vocals, I still prefer this one instead of the DgD one
Darak Zx tilian's voice isn't forced to be that high. he's always had a high pitched voice.
Darak Zx forced?
Doesn't sound anything like Anthony or Cove imo.
now it's time for an emarosa, dance gavin dance, and slaves tour.
squash the beef tour pt 2
Even though all the Johnny Craig drama sucks, now Emarosa fans have a new AWESOME sounding Emarosa AND a new band that sounds VERY similar called Slaves with Johnny Craig. We win!
You said it, Slaves WITH Jonny Craig...I get what you're saying, but I really felt the Slaves track was kinda generic honestly....this had fucking power!!!
Yeah, I agree. I'm finding that I play this track more than the other.
Daniel Bain I'm the other way around - I've played the Slaves track a lot more. Each to their own :)
This is literally a parallel to the whole Woe, Is Me/Issues/Tyler Carter drama
***** agreed.
Well Jonny Craig... nah I'm just fucking with you, seriously stop with that though, tons of bands change their singer, the rest of the band are still there writing, struggling, touring and they're fucking awesome.
True
but a change in vocals will always sound like a completely new band
If you're a true fan to music than if a band changes it's singer it won't sound like a new one, because the bands music still sounds the same. Seems like you're not listening to music right.
Christopher DeMarco Im sorry but not for all bands, For example Flyleaf's new lead singer, she just doesn't sing CD with the same emotion.
Still just as good 7 years later.
My favorite thing about Emarosa is that no matter what lead vocalist they have, they are still an incredible band that everyone supports. Their music gets better with each vocalist. Only band I know of that can do that.
I've thought this since the start, amazing vocals that never seizes to amaze me!
Not talking any shit on the current guy but I like jonny craig better
Talking no shit on the current guy but I like jonny craig more
Mat Jones definitely a fair opinion! Jonny is and has always been out of this world when it comes to vocals.
pshh DGD tho
who's replayed this about 10 times now?
I've put it on my cellphone, now it's on repeat mobilely.
Thats whats up.
Who wouldn't..? It is emarosa with a new awesome vocalist from squif the whale
more than 10 at this point
S Carp lol mee too dude!
Really fucking good. Not my favorite Emarosa song ever, but still incredible!!
I wanna see the tour where its Dance Gavin Dance, Emarosa, A Lot Like Birds and Slaves all playing!
You sir have a great taste in music!
I feel like that would be an awkward tour. lol
JC would prob end up stabbed in a backstage brawl so as awesome as a tour with those bands headlining sounds, it would prob never happen. Too much personal BS
With Squid The Whale
Throw Tides of Man in there as the opener.
If this didn't shut down the haters I don't know what will.
This is good. I prefer Jonny but this is still good.
When the entire album comes out, be prepared for a LOT of shitty, worthless, opinion fueled Internet arguments...
Bury The Hatchet Tour Part II: Emarosa and Slaves. Lol jk
So good. :D
More like Squash the Beef Tour Part II
& DGD :)
So emarosa's back now when is saosin coming back?!
They are back too XD
I can dig it
imo this really isn't that great... idk why people are going crazy. its boring other than the decent hook.
Can't wait.
Absolutely in love with Emarosa
thank god i clicked on this.
If you can't appreciate this, you'll never be happy with anything.
Emerosa vs Slaves. Both singles are fucking amazing. I can't even fathom my own excitement for both albums. This new guy sounds incredible.
Emarosa vs Slaves:
Emarosa Instrumentals > Slaves
Slaves vocals > Emarosa.
either way we'll ear great things from both bands
I agree Jason. This is just too powerful
Daniel Robert Pretty much. Slaves instrumentals are too generic.
Daniel Robert jonny craigs voice is just..amazing
Jordyn Puzsar Yes it is :)
Since we can't really have a formulated opinion on here, I'll make one for you guys. This isn't Jonny, He's not coming back, get over yourself. You've heard Agraceful, right? It might give you some insight on what it'd sound like, cause that's Chris Roetter, less angry!
*****
Colin Bazzano
The most mellow song I've heard Chris do is The Great I Am with Agraceful. Then the bitches got to him.
The Chris roetter era emarosa was so legit but I feel like it came a bit too early. If they hadn't linked up until more recent years I think they could have created something that would have lasted. I enjoy Like Moths To Flame but what he put out with Emarosa will always be dear to my heart.
Bradley Waldon is the new Cove Reber to Saosin and Jonny Craig is the new Anthony Green to Emarosa. This will go on and on..
Yep Basically.
But of course people will compare, it's just natural for people to compare old to new
nononono saosin changed their sound a lot with cove this still has that good old emarosa feel but with a singer who is amazing and pumping life into the monster
Brad has an incredible voice, don't get me wrong. but there's nothing in this song that sticks out from being generic besides that imo.
Can agree, alltho it proves that emarosa really can get going with this.
It's a "taste" of what to come. And i think it will go well :)
Emarosa is great!
Generic single to get us interested, while they leave the good stuff is behind the curtains. Trust me, Emarosa won't disappoint.
Just wondering how can a voice be "generic"? I know you're saying that he doesn't have one...

Jonny is the better singer.
Emarosa are by far the better band.
I idolise Jonny. In Emarosa, DGD, Slaves and anything he's ever done.
But Bradley Walden.
You guys were worried? seriously?
He's fucking phenomenal.
I love Emarosa and i think this will be the best album yet.
yes did you not see him butcher old emarosa songs?
Truly amazing emarosa is back :')
They never left! :D They've been writing...
Jonny Craig sounds the best he ever has in this.
Haha I hope you're joking
.... you fucking joking?!
roboxsteven what do you mean?
Jesse Speelman This isn't Jonny Craig...
Jesse Speelman they have a new singer
I could hear this on the radio.. and I wouldn't even be mad.
why would that matter?
I'm saying.. some people would think "oh what sell outs!" when in reality, they're just making badass music. haha (In my opinion)
This is what I like to hear (y).
Way too excited for the new album! Hoping the rest of this album sounds just as good.
My year has been made. Welcome back. I am in love with this.
Thank you. Haha, I am as well.

Huge jonny fan. Huge Emaorsa fan. Slaves had a song come out. Emarosa had a song come out.
Wasn't impressed by Slaves.
Emarosa killed it. This song is amazing and Bradley fits in so damn well.
Pete de Bruyn If it's a grower then it's not that amazing, song by Slaves is good but not as good as this. Just my opinion :)
Pete de Bruyn ive listened to it a few times. I really really like Jonny Craig a lot. The song was just meh. I didn't enjoy it as much as I did this track.
FreakinFuzz Me too. I'm a huge Jonny Craig's fan but I like this song much more than Slaves, but I'm not saying that Slaves are bad or something.
embie Yeah same. I like the song, I just wasn't wowed by it. And I think its because Emarosa had big shoes to fill and im just in awe at how amazing Bradly fits into the band. It really took Slaves thunder for me personally.
FreakinFuzz Now let's just wait for Slaves album and Emarosa. Personally, I hope Bradley will use more high vocals 'cause they are amazing.
I like this, this dude sounds enough like Jonny Craig for it to have a similar vibe but still different enough for it to be its own thing. I can't get into Slaves yet for some reason, idk the production is just too much for me, can't pick out an actual instrument its just sorta a huge wave of sound.
Not to mention it lacks feeling. It lacks soulful vocals and the power of instruments to make you feel some sort of way, idk..
Didn't matter if they ever found a vocalist. I was dying without hearing these wonderful musicians just play... so much talent. Great guys, been the biggest fan of this band since the beginning!
Holy fuarkkkkkk, this is good. It's hard for me to admit that this is ALMOST as good as relativity....
After almost four years without a new track, I expected something a little more catchier then this. I am not saying this is bad, I actually enjoyed it, but I had larger expectations.
I was also expecting something catchier. I like the song but I just think it's.. Plain... (?)
Apamittemot yea this was a bit too simple for what they use to write. It's okay though I was hoping a lot more ambience
This was incredible. I expected less honestly. This new guy is so awesome
just remember this is a single. I'm confident the album will have what you're looking for
They are still experimenting with him. Dont judge the first track.
It sounds good until he hits the high notes. Then, to me, it just sounds weird and doesn't fit the music well. Only my opinion. But, of course, I'll still have people to say shit to me about it.
Nah, his voice isn't really made for the higher notes, but he's trying.
Love the artwork too.
I agree with everything here except the manlier kellin quinn part haha. But whatever that's your opinion. Respect.
Wow these guys are so revolutional, this has seriously never been done in the genre.
never been done? this song couldn't be more generic. I am not saying its bad, but it doesn't deserve a standing ovation -_-
tyler dunlap I think he was being sarcastic.....
tyler dunlap agreed
If it ain't broke don't fix it
Kayla Lamb
Is the singer some kind of offspring from the result of Jonny Craig and Tyler Carter making love?
this comment legitimately made me realize how stupid Emarosa fans are. You can't think that's true. Please, I know you guy's like this new Emarosa and hate Jonny Craig or whatever but please don't start saying crazy shit.

Jonny isn't a bad singer in any way. He may be a doucher but he has a phenomenal voice.
MyApologiesTX He's actually not a doucher anymore. His entire demeanor has changed and Slaves' new album was amazing.
Slaves' stuff is pretty awesome, and if he's changed for the better, good for him.
I agree, he just kinda shot that up there.
i think it sounded perfectly fine hahaha
i think it sounds fine but i can see why it wouldnt fit.
OMG OMG, lol. I haven't dealt with people like you in so long. Relax, It's just an opinion.
Super excited for this band :) I digs the new flow/style.
I'm also excited for Slaves
slaves and emarosa will be their own great bands separately. there's no need to compare the two. "the past should stay dead" right
I respect Bradley's musicianship, however I think his voice is more naturally suited for Squid The Whale than Emarosa.
I was scared to see what they would sound like. Love Emarosa and Squid The Whale, but this far exceeded my expectations. They back!
Extremely excited for Slaves after their single and Now Emarosa with this killer single? 2014 has been amazing musically with these two alone.
Slaves Vs Emarosa
2014 Best band competition!!
Jonny Craig's voice far exceeds the new vocalist for Emarosa
xLOVEHOPE Listen to this guys previous band Squid the Whale. He's a great vocalist, honestly I don't believe your statement is true.
Why does everything have to be a competition?
Its fangirls like this that fuel the immature band vs band bullshit... Jonny Craig and Bradley Walden are two very talented vocalists... leave it at that and shut up
This is like Woe, Is Me v. Issues... Both Hance & Tyler are amazing. I'd like to believe that this won't be any different.
Thank you God!! EMAROSA is back im alive to see them rise! :') thank you God thank You!!!
Wonderful. Keeping the same vibe I loved from him with Squid the Whale, but incorporating that Emarosa feel. So exciting. Definitely pre-ordering.
Exactly. I've known Squid the Whale for nearly 4 years, so I'm so excited for this! Bradley deserves it
not exactly sure what it means, but at the time of me rewatching this video, this has 65000 more views than the 3 slaves tracks combined, I didn't really like this at first, but it's seriously growing on me
This song evokes so much emotion. It's seriously a perfect piece of music.
Walden's voice sounds completely strained and inexperienced, I feel embarrassed for anyone who attempts to compare him to an incredible voice like Jonny's
I think this is going to be the best Emarosa we've heard yet. This is so good, reminds me of Saosin but better.
Oh this is the stuff. They weren't joking when they said this is the Emarosa they have been trying to form since formation. Seriously in awe.
Thank you Bradley.
Amazing song, amazing live show in Vancouver last night. Props
Vocals sound like Jonny Craig ate Chris Roetter.
this song is great!
i love their old stuff, but the new vocalist sounds great and overall proves that the emarosa sound can exist without jonny. especially the chorus sounds great.
It's not bad but I have to say that Jonathan fitted Emarosa way better..
Jonathan?
Elliott Krumnow Jonathan Monroe Craig. Also known as Jonny Craig
*****
it just sounded... idk... "right" i guess? I dont feel this song.. I dont get the shivers I used to get from their older songs.. it's not a bad song at all but it doesnt feel like an uniqe band anymore..
Emarosa is fucking Emarosa with or without Jonny. This is beautiful.
This is beautiful. I love it
So disappointed what happen with emarosa!
:$
keep it coming. songs pretty good.
Bradley sounds like Bradley... The fox is fucking back!!!!
Everyone is doing "things" here?
wut??
This version will always be better remaking it an replacing it in the album made me sad if it ain’t broke don’t fix it perfect like this
I love how he keeps a somewhat JC style but also has his own at the same time.
I'm impressed with this. I'm doing my best not to compare him to Johnny Craig tho. I see emarosa going places with this new guy!
Honestly Matt Geise of Lower Definition would of fucking murdered this song so hard. Good tune tho.
He lied. This is totally Relativity Part II.
***** I mean, there's also a lot of variety between songs on Relativity. If I had to compare this song and the live tracks I've heard to any other album, let alone an Emarosa one, it's Relativity. This is brilliant, though, don't get me wrong.
***** I'm super excited.
Spencer Holmes personally, I think one of Relativity's flaws is that most of the songs sound waay too similar. Still a fantastic album tho
Why does his voice sound weird?
Like a robot. lots of layers?
Sounds very strange the whole vocal.
This is the best this band has ever sounded.
No lie this has grown on me. Stoked for the album but Jonny is still the fucking KING
Emarosa with Jonny was my favorite band. This sounds generic.
Sorry to hear that. Emarosa's self titled was pretty "generic".
sergioisevil great personal opinion.
I used to avoid this band and DGD but now that neither one has jonny craig i'm actually enjoying them quite a bit
Jonny is generic, lol, Slaves sounds just like every other band that he has been in, the dick riding is strong with this one......
Ray Kon
DGD's best material is sans Jonny. Acceptance Speech and Deathstar are widely considered their best albums. I have a feeling that Emarosa will improve vastly now that Jonny's tacky lyricism and trite r&b melodies are gone.
This guy sounds like he would be either better live, or unbearably bad.
Awesome song, mediocre at best mix.
I'm glad my one of my favorite bands is back., but I'm not a big fan of this.
Nothing incredible, but a much better track than the new Slaves song.
i met the lead singer and the band they are so sick live he did a front flip over the drumbs and jumped in the crowed i loved them hes a nice guy
Love love love it. I was very skeptical as to who was going to replace Jonny. But they made the right choice. Saw them live with the new signer and damn he can sing. I
You cant judge a album based on one song.
