Learn German the natural way with comprehensible easy German!
In the classroom we are told to endlessly study grammar and memorise concepts, however, research shows that language is acquired through authentic experiences. The concept of Natürlich German is based on Dr. Stephen Krashen's second language acquisition theory, in which one uses comprehensible input to acquire a language, rather than 'learn' it.
    More on comprehensible input:

I can't tell you how much this video means to me. I was in a phase where I lost motivation to open german books and so I started almost forgetting whatever little vocabulary I know. This video was so much fun and entertaining that I felt like watching it to the end and guess what, I made the right decision. Wrote you an email. Namaste 🙏

I think the biggest aspect you missed is the social aspect. I think it’s important to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being to have positive social interactions (texting with a friend, calling my mom, talking to my cat, etc…).

Funny enough that word "atmen"( here it means breath, right?) sounds lot like Sanskrit "Atman" which means Self. Sanskrit for breathe would be 'prana'. There are often traces of common orgin with respect to the West and East( proto-indo-eropean ancestar language). I wonder this is one of them? Only a professional etymologist can tell.
Easy to tell from the respective numbers
    Ekha - Eins
    Dvyi - Zwei
    Thriyah -Drei
    Chathvaarah - Vier
    Pancha - Fünf
    Shat - Sechs
    Sapt - Sieben
    Asht - Acht
    Nava - Neun
    Dasha - Zhen
Far sucessful result when done with Latin.

Mediteren was orginally "ധ്യാന"( the script is different in Devanagari compared to the native language). It has spirtual connotation that the term "meditation" lacks. In highest concentration and absolute scilence your supposed to connect with the principle responsible for the whole manifestation itself or Ishwara( analagous to notion of God in Christianity). The basic protocols can be found in text Patanjali-Yogasutra( I know source in which series of lectures on the text is undertaken systamatically. It's in English and therefore easily acessable if anyone is intrested in it. Ofcourse Yoga here has nothing to with gymnastiks but it concers only mind)
Max Müller and peers were into this kinda stuff. The first dictionary composed in my native language, Malayalam, was the work of a German scholar, missionary and apparently maternal grandfather to the famous author Hermann Hesse. His name was Hermann Gundert. His first book was titled "Malayalabhaasha Vyakaranam". I never realized that someone of European legacy would had such marked impact on Modern Malayalam till I researched this aspect of the language.
