many thanks Flo. I have a lot of testimonies about your videos on how to build in Nigeria. May Chukwu Okike Abiam continue his blessings upon you and your family. Iseee
My sister well said / presentation. This is very good investment means for those who are not borrowing their funds nor want to repatriate their funds abroad after maturity. My addendum to what is already said is....plz re.invest your matured Nigerian Investments back in Nigeria. . Grow your assets or portfolio in Nigeria ....over time you will always have funds to do most things ( including emergencies) there without funding them from abroad. .......from my experience as a former Stockbroker.
PLEASE, NEVER, talk or say, things that you not aware of, God, is yourself Period, WHEN last you read the Bible???? IF you read the Bible, you are Spirit that Spirit translates into God, YOUR Spirit, our Spirit, European translated into God. READ the Bible understand the Bible.
I like your presentation skills. You are good and you are a real teacher. I love people who teach from their experience, not from books. Keep it up. Investing is good with good money. I see small amount of money as a waste of time. One should rather use small amount of money for business first, and later consider investment like this. My opinion
7:17 this is great information.. I'll lend my tachiri money soon But I dey fear this recent govt shaa . They can wake up n take any decision without consultation In a situation were the investor dies before the certain year of payment, is his money still in safe hands or govt will claim it. Asking because death is inevitable n our govt get skoiskoi for head
If you die, your next of kin has your money. You have to name your next of kin. If no one announced your death, your money will continue to flow normally even upon death ot flows but your own commercial bank will request your mext of kin to come over to claim your money. A smart way is to give your trusted son your password to have online access of your account so he will take out the money and no need telling them you're death.
While in abroad, i was saving money with a trusted relative who opened account for me but i have control of the accounts via online. When she died, I moved out my money without announcing to bank that she is dead. It is smart move to save me the time of going to court to swear affidavits.
I find your video very informative. I have been investing in the US stock market for about 10 years. But I also want to invest in stocks or bonds in Nigeria. Am glad i saw your video. Keep the good work going, and let's make it together.
This is quite interesting, I give kudos to God that I came across your video today. But in a situation where by bonds dividends are not consistent what will a bond holder do?
This is an interesting one and coming from flo I can say leh me try it because even bank staff no fit make me do this because person no dey borrow money to person wey strong pass am. We need a link to a stockbroker who is reliable.
Hi Flo Thanks so much for the information you provided to people everyday. I would like to know for people who do not live in nigeria but would like to buy these bonds, what is the procedure. Is there an online platform where you can register and have access to purchase the bonds
Dear Sis God wonderfully bless you for what you do, please is this FGN Bond currently still good to inviest in as your video is a few months ago or have things changed? please what is the current interest rate? And what other investment/s is one of the best to go for, e.g Top 3? Thank you & God greatly bless you
To Quote Giannis “money makes money faster than human”. Thanks for the info. I have been ripping benefits from your dividend paying video of Nigerian companies you posted some years ago. I’m definitely going to research about FGN bonds. Thank you 🙏🏾
Please what stock broker do you use? I would love to use them considering the fact they're good. You wouldn't use them if they're not good. Please tell me.
I see it as an attempt to have an edge on inflation. Its better than keeping your money in the bank. But having a dollar account is preferred if you consider the inflation rate of the dollar compare to naira.
Could you shed some light on what happens to savings and checking accounts deposited (invested) by households and businesses to commercial banks? What do commercial banks do with those funds?
Thanks Flo. This was nice. Always love these. I wonder why we didnt see the info before the closing date. Yeah i dont like that Ajo concept at all. Hahah
Thanks for this information, I will contact you in due course. I am am an absolute novice in this, and I have been wanting to get. Thank you. involved in this.
Flo thank you so much for this video. What if I decide to invest 200k every month for the three years in the three year tenor, how often will I be getting dividends?
Thanks sister Flo for this information. Please sister flo how do I go about investing in FGN bonds if I have some Naira. I live in the UK but have a bank account in Nigeria.
Hello flo, thanks for sharing. I want to ask 2 questions 1. Is interest paid pre or post annum like treasury bills? 2. I noticed you said max is 50m what if i have up to 500m?
1. Already answered in the video. Click these times 👉 06:22 and 08:09 to watch. 2. If you have 500M, invest 50M in FGN Savings Bond then find other FGN Bonds to invest the remainder in. There's one coming up in June that has a MINIMUM subscription of 50M. The maximum of this one I talked about in the video is the minimum of another one.
It's open to anybody that has a link to Nigeria. If a foreigner, you must be a resident. If outside nigeria, you must be a citizen to be able to present all that they ask for when opening an account.
You are not smart investor too. She just told you investment that has zero risk and has returns. If you know alternative you would have mentioned it. I wasted money investing into land properties when dollar was 500, in short time dollar rose to 1600 so if you do maths you will see that my land deprecated in value, even if the price increased by 30% it still not match over 200% devaluation of Naira.
When there are no better alternative, you go for what is the best of all. So she told you the best she knew with low risk. So if you know any better one why not say it? Don't ever mention landed properties coz it is worst now.
Who is that running around replying everyone in the comments? Is that one of the men you rejected their marriage proposals? 😭😪 He is taking it too personal. Gosh
what is the platform you can get this started. Can your brokers contact be shared or do oyu provide a platform for someone to start investing. Thank you.
No, that's Mutual Funds. For FGN Savings Bond, each investment is final and is tied to the exchange rate for that month and that tenor. If you want to invest more money you do so as its own standalone investment at the interest rate for the month you invested in.
I just came across this video and I want to know if you have any recommendations of the brokers that someone can use in Nigeria to make this investment
People don’t realized that keeping your money in bank and government bonds in Africa is better than keeping your money in banks in US and Europe and all the others that pay 0.0000001 interest rate. No thank you…..I am about to invest in stocks in African companies back home.
many thanks Flo. I have a lot of testimonies about your videos on how to build in Nigeria. May Chukwu Okike Abiam continue his blessings upon you and your family. Iseee
Congratulations to you, I pray I could own a land soon

Good question
Talk to your bank. You can buy fun bond through them.
There’s nothing like no risk in investment. However, government bonds are safer overall than most other types of securities.
My best video for they year thank you flo

Another question: What if Nigeria disintegrates? Which country will guarantee the investment? Nigeria is not a stable country.
Thanks
what is the platform you can get this started. Can your brokers contact be shared or do oyu provide a platform for someone to start investing. Thank you.
Like I said in the video, contact your stockbroker.
Flo if I don't want to take the profit, can they add it to the initial capital to accumulate more interest?
No, that's Mutual Funds. For FGN Savings Bond, each investment is final and is tied to the exchange rate for that month and that tenor. If you want to invest more money you do so as its own standalone investment at the interest rate for the month you invested in.
Okay, thanks

Exactly!
