This content was recorded on June 4th of this year. Maybe it is referring to Bee Canyon since San Jacinto Truck Trail leads to Bee Canyon? I did have to make a trip back from which I came because of Bee Canyon being closed. The main interests of the trail were open when I went at least. I ventured only a bit past the Indian Mountain Trail intersection before turning back.
This is only my opinion.. if it has AWD then you may be good. They did just even out this trail a while ago but there are still some ruts and the water crossing was a bit lower than it appeared. An easier trail with rewarding views throughout is North Main Divide trail to Santiago Peak. Though this one is also suggestive of 4wd or AWD with some decent ground clearance.
@@andyh6302 I'm glad you found this useful. I'm planning on making more guides like this while also improving on explanations that way I can give the best possible explanation and idea of what to expect.
There truly something special about nature.
Awesome!
Glad you think so!

For some reason USDA.Gov still reports this trail closed since January 2023 due to a sink hole. Is this filmed recently?

@@Danielmendenhall_ Ok that makes sense then. Looks like it's the gate between Bee canyon and San Jacinto... Thanks!
@@Steemax Have fun out there!
Can anyone confirm it’s open? Thankyou
Should I try with a stock rav4 hybrid? Water crossing is my only concern.

@@Danielmendenhall_ it has AWD and stock 8.1” clearance. Thx for the view, it helps to see what the trail looks like!
