Only track one had Jimi on Bass (also S.Stills on Guitar) the other 2 tracks were produced as "razor edits" mixing discarded studio takes (presumably discarded as trash) as a backing for similarly assembled Leary interviews.
@@nwogamesalert Hey friend, i wrote that 8 years ago. That disc is awesome. i have 2 copys- 1 1990 the 2nd circa 1981. its a trip. i admired dr Leary and really listened close to his albums. this is my favorite one.
@@rickydaniele Nice hearing from you! I had the LP. At some time I wrote the whole text down, and I could recite it by heart! Awesome music also. It really is a fantastic record. I didn't know it was released on CD, if that's what you meant. Happy Trails to you!
@@nwogamesalert yes, it was released on cd. have you read"electric kool-aide acid test"? by Tom Wolfe? great book, especially if you like "this time around". i live in Millbrook, NY. directly across street from where dr leary held his day-glo horse partys.
@@rickydaniele I didn't read the book but I took the test! Yes, those were the days of miracle and wonder. And poor old Tim. I think they destroyed him in jail.
