The entrance into the house, from the garage through the furnace room, is a little weird.
I'm sure you can finish the basement with the left side being maintenance walled off w/door and the right into a flex room w/access to the fusebox. It is definitely strange.

Did not think of that! Could have the kids bring it up! Just kidding! In the homes I look at possibly owning one day, I try see if there is an elevator or ranch style. I do enjoy seeing these stunning homes, but barely see practicality in these models. Although there are couple on this channel I can see my spouse and I living in with a family. @@allisonra1

I'd have to finish the basement. It gives me the willies. I'd have to run from the garage to the door to upstairs 😂. Apart from that it's a stunning home. I'd like some stairs on the porch to get down to the garden. I don't like the glass doors on the office /flex room. I'd like sliding barn doors. The master bedroom is glorious with the windows. I'd put white tiles with the zebra tiles in the shower and a removable shower head. It's a beauty 😊

Id remove that glass from office near kitchen and make that my dinimg room. Take table out between livingroom and kitchen and add another couch for more seating, family.

Yes, master tile is loud, would have to change that, otherwise love the colors in this home, and windows.
Great beach house too
The great room is nice. I like it but needs more sq footage. I’m very picky. Needs a separate dining room. Not a fan of open floor plan with the dining room like that. Not a fan of the garage being a long walk cutting through future “flex room” basement. By the time you get to the mud room….gotta clean the basement and stairs lol. For the price, the sq footage is small.
This is a great looking home. The flow is perfect and every space is well thought out for its function
I absolutely really love the layout of this place. I love the exterior of the place and the balcony. Also, I love the skylights on the 2nd floor. You could probably add another bedroom and bathroom in the basement area if you want to.
I curious where is the access to the patio. You only shows the terrace but no access to the backyard just had to coming from the front to go all the way to the back.

There have been some really nice homes to choose from, the thing is that it's definitely not easy to choose, so far I've narrowed it down to four homes which all have a must have basement, Now if it's possible to pick the one home to go with it's then the furnishings and colors to choose from as it's endless. Definitely a lot of time it takes getting to where you want to be as you want to avoid anything that may be a regret from such a large investment. I think it's best to work with an interior expert or it will take forever getting things done.

The only thing I don't care for in this home is the area designated for the dining table.
You can actually do this much cheaper with containers
The Glass Wall in the office wouldn't work for me! I have a hard enough time avoiding walls that I can see! Plus, cleaning the glass would be a chore! It's a beautiful house!
They should have another mudroom next to garage door, you don't want a path of mud going around the basement and up the stairs!

I assume it’s a model because who would want to live with a view of a park lot. Plus the front stair would get tiresome after about a week. Interior is nice except the garage entrance to the house.

It looks nice, but... You go in the Garage and then have to go to the other end of the house to go up stairs. Imagine hauling your groceries that far. NO WAY. Terrible plan for older folks or anybody with bad legs. Even with an elevator where the stairs are it is a long walk carrying stuff.
