Great video. And great family trip!! At the 8’11s mark I see a skirt like fabric wrap that goes around a barrel and holds cooking utensils. What a great idea! Was this home made or purchased and if so, where did you get it? Also what brand and model is the black helmet the dad wears in the video. Thanks.
Hi Kent, been a fan of your canoe videos for years now! The utensil roll is homemade, but Recreational Barrel Works makes a nice one that also hangs from a barrel. The helmet is a WSRI Current. I personally like the pink Sweetwater Wanderer II more for fit and looks, but I'm unable to wear sunglasses with it.
@@gunnelgrabber thanks. I need a new helmet and like the style of yours. Thanks for the info. I’ve watched many of your other videos as well. You guys have paddled some big water! Respect.
Mad skills! Great vid! Thx for sharing!👍👍
your channel name made me click 😂
Those rapids look powerful and super fun. Nice to see you guys playing around in some of them! This river is definitely on the to-do list!
It's one of my favourites. July is a good time for flow, not so good for bugs!
When I was younger, I wanted to canoe the Bloodvein. Shouldn’t have waited.
May want to look at a guided trip! I can highly recommend Wild Loon Adventure Company and River Song Wilderness.
