You should drill holes in the bottom of your canoe, so the water can drain out. Check back for more helpful tips.
That's a joke right?
@@Virginia-ev8qg You had to ask?? lol
Hmm, I tried this and I seem to be at the bottom of the lake, any suggestions where I went wrong?
How BIG did you make the holes...?
@@SoapDispenzer
@@SoapDispenzerif you drilled left, you would have a submarine, if you drilled right, you would still have a canoe
REDEMPTION!!!😂 What a great trip
I thought it was the Baird brothers, but the younger version. Great job Max, I hope to see something on your channel too.
When are you uploading your perspective max?? Want to see that high five in your perspective😂😂
@@useriskindasus haha don't worry - it's coming
Max who’s the older brother ?
@@maximbudnick Older and wiser 🤨
One of my favorite YT channels. I hope you never stop traveling and sharing it with us
Wish it was me
This is a perfect trip in my opinion… the scenery, whitewater play, good fishing, brotherhood and the video quality, just perfect.
Beautiful river and indeed a perfect all around trip
High octane eppy, action packed. Great edit and changes of pace throughout. I love how Max is quoting Poe all profound and you're like "the call of the void" as though you've ever read Poe and know it word for word 😂
Thought I knew what he was talking about. Once again I had no idea
Great video as always Xander! I think I speak for a lot of your viewers when I say I'd love to see a gear video from you in the future. You're my favorite camping/outdoorsman UA-camr to watch, thanks for the upload!
Best content on UA-cam. Xander never fails. The amount of time you put into filming/editing puts you miles above the rest.
Your a peaceful soul my brother 🙏 You released that fish without measuring or weighing. No comparing or competing ❤ wow , stay golden Pony Boy 😂
Well said, brotha
❤ Great to see the Toyota still going strong. That was a Hellava road trip 😮
This man will be one of those people who will be absolutely happy in their last moments....because they have smashed life and at the end of the day he is happy....honestly Xander i want u to live as long as the existence of this world just so that i can escape my life and watch ur videos ❤
Nice trip with Max. And what a giant Musky! Beautiful waters. Thanks for taking us along!
thanks or watching :D
Love the Brother Relationship.
The amount of time that you guys spend together shows how much you both are close to each other
Dragonfly's are a symbol of change, adaptability and self realization. Totally appropriate for this video I think. 😁
Love these videos I've actually used a few to fall asleep. They're so peaceful
Damn, that Muskie was the cherry on top of a sweet trip.
I love watching videos of you and your brother together! (Who am I kidding...I love all your video!) Especially the ones with another pair of brothers, too...I call them " the Grizzly Bairds! " I think you boys all have great futures that I can't wait to watch! I'm hooked for life!
XANDER I GREW up in this area, you are bringing back so many memories. I wish I was back there. I enjoy your content, though I admit I am a little jealous. Five of five rating!
nice to see that old patches is still serving you well
Another great trip with the Budnick bros! Thanks so much and happy to view the redemption tour 💜 Barret
Thank you for the amazing videos, Xander. I did a series of canoe trips throughout Ontario ranging from 4 days to 50 days over the span of 7 years. My summers are now occupied by university and so I am unable to canoe trip anymore. Your videos provide me with a piece of nostalgia. Keep up the amazing work!
Amazing video Xander! Thanks for handling that Muskie with care and keeping it in the net until you quickly handled it for a photo. Refreshing to see proper fish handling from a non-Muskie angler. Great video
What an awesome trip, you and Max are a great team.
Redemption, a monster musky and another trip with Xander, Max and Patches 😁. Today is a good day -- thanks for that!
Terrific video. I especially enjoy the extra quiet interludes which contrast exquisitely with the hectic rapids. Appreciate all the work that you invest in creating these videos, especially now that I am no longer able to get on the water myself.
What a channel ❤ I hope you will use the camera drone ,that we can enjoy nature with you more
Bro, that fish was epic!! Congrats on catching that beast 🤙🐟
Hi from Newcastle, England. Love your videos alot❤️
Howay the lads!
Xander, henceforth known as the Muskey master. 🐟🎣
Trip like this at the top of the bucket list.
I see you're back to paddling the blue mule. So good to have a reliable brother to fish and camp with.We are comunicators so company is wonderful. Good video. Pax.
That was amazing! The size of that thing!! And a busy beaver. Woooha, those rapids were exciting!! T.
So considerate of you to compliment me on my Petawawa video right before you absolutely blew it out of the water, haha. What an awesome trip to do with your bro and a totally respectable line down Rollway! The Natch is truly a special place and you captured that.
haha, loved the video,, just happened to stumble upon it as I was editing, Thoroughly enjoyed it
You're great. Thanks for the videos.
It makes my day when I wake up to a new Budnick adventure! 😊
Amazing trip! It's fun watching you guys take a risk and come out ahead. Each time you use your canoes, you get better and better on these rapids, learn from your mistakes. So glad you're able to take us along!
I could watch these all day
Man that autofocus from the A7IV at 19:50 is doing amazing! Perfectly switching between Max and Xander at the right time.
What an awesome trip with your brother !
You're fearless with those rapids !!!
I saw John did a canoe trip , glad he's back making videos.
Agreed. Him and I have a trip coming up together too :)
The misty mornings were so beautiful!! The muskie was a monster. Interesting species...apex predators, very slow growing, sometimes hunt in packs. Great video as always Xander! ❤
I'm always watching from 🇹🇭 Thailand. ❤️ love you guy. GOD BLESS YOU.
Love how you captured this adventure! One of my favourite trips in the world... Great job!
Exhilarating! Love that Max was able to get long distance shots of you running those rapids. In the canoe shots it doesn't seem that intense, but when he zoomed out WOW! Way scarier looking lol
My favourite on YT
Great video on this 😊😍
Great video!! 😊😊
Outstanding trip. Thanks!
Great trip , thanks for sharing !
So glad you could capture the joy of catching a big fish!
What a trip, love your content so much. always feels like im there with you.
Rollway is always a sight to see. Nice job on getting down it with the open side up!...oh, an the Muskie, seems like you can't not catch one on that river.
Thanks man, gotta love that river. It's a special place
what a fun experience to share. Love it
That experience bit by Max was spot on. Had originally wanted to comment how happy I am for you Xander seeing you come so far in the canoe, and it just tied in perfectly. I'm self teaching myself a new career right now and it can be daunting at times, but I try to think where I'll be in a week, month, year etc. Killer as always.
That climb in a crocs is the best 😀
I luv your adventures Xander they are always amazing!
Classic Xander.👍Great. Nice fish! Looking forward to the next.😊
That muskie action was awesome.
Great trip report. 🎉 on the giant Muskie and conquering the rapids.
Xander!! Haven't watched this one yet, but will before the day is over. I always do. Just seeing your notification brings a ridiculous amount of smiles to my face!!! You are all that! From WA state, with ❤

You nailed it…awesome vid
You gotta explore everywhere man, Love the cinematography in your latest videos!
Your channel which I've recently discovered and binged gives me a lot of solace and comfort. I have more thoughts, but thank you so much.
Just love all yours & Max's videos, but my favourites are when you two are along together.
The love & respect you Bro's have for each other is palpable. So nice to see you guys @Algonquin Park. It was a yearly destination for me and my 3 friends back in the 70's and early 80's. I miss it very much and am thankful that you bring us all along on your trips!❤
Awesome trip, Scenery there is so beautiful. Keep it up.
Thanks Xander, you upload in a good timing.
What a trip I’m hoping to hit that set soon. Remember, if you’re nervous about a rapid, hit it fast!
Helicopter evac had me cracking up
Y’all did it…..the whole trip was amazing! 😊
Very impressive! Good job!
What a amazing video of this section of the Petawawa river, I swear the Lake Travers to Lake McManus route is one of the best trips the park has to offer. Thank you for giving me a way to enjoy the park in the winter:)
Great paddling route, full of conquer. Nicely done.
Love every second!!! TY!!
Brothers on a epic trip in beautiful country. 🙌🙌🙌
Great set up of those Rapids shots! Appreciate all that work, it really makes the video!
I usually really like the videos. But I LOVED this one. Made me happy while watching Xander’s successes. Looked like an awesome trip!!

Yes ! , with good ol' faithful " patches " saw that right off the get go , no new canoe in there ...yet lol
Wow What Wild Ride You Accomplished it Way to go Cheers Cheers 🎉👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Great adventure guys! Nice catch Xander, and those rapids, GNaRly! Redemption for sure!
Musky and Algonquin park are on my short bucket list 👌your content is stunning.
You have to be in such good shape to do what you do. It makes me wonder about the men of old who did it for a living everyday. Paddle, portage, rinse, repeat. They must have been a tough breed. I certainly tip my hat to them.
