The real NADPODD energy that comes off the 'Gerard promise not to get mad' is excellent. These are all the best Neverafter bits, so glad to see them animated, and with such care too. Brilliant job.
My fan theory is that the Cricket from NeverAfter is supposed to belong to a version of Pinocchio in Calorum (the setting for A Crown of Candy), because water is incredibly deadly to Candians.
