anyway I dont know what I look haha, I never thought about that, I receive many questions like this, where to watch, but I think it doesnt matter, the only thing to focus on are: legs, arms, hips :)
great tutorial, it's very complete.. i can do windmills, flares, halos.. but i cant swipes... could you make a swipes trutorial..
hey! devi solo concentrarti a tenerle dritte :) ..non c'è altro modo.. ti consiglio di fare molto stretching, ti aiuta sicuramente.. ma l'airflare è tutta questione di coordinazione, bisogna concentrarsi bene su ogni parte del corpo.. magari tu ora concentrati solo sulle gambe, appena riuscirai a tenerle tese concentrati su qualcos'altro, come il bacino o le braccia..

My handstands should be PERFECT? I mean with all leg postions? because my max handstand was for 15 seconds and I did that for 4 times in the past year, is this good enough?

powerfreeze? what is that? and i have handhops and swipes down, i am currently trying air flares but like i did one or attempted to do one and i would wind up pike and trow right? but like my feet land so fast on the ground its like not even a air flare just me like a swipe basically. how can i fix that?
question: for the airflare starting point on the 5th step with speed trying to do one airflare, u have to try the throw when the foot reaches and passes the ground? like that all happens at the same time?

is not about strenght bro, u dont need strenght to learn airflare.. is all about coordination.. I suggest you to follow ALL the steps in this tutorial and learn the suggested moves aswell, and also master the airfreeze/L-kick/powerfreeze on both arms, and also handhops on both arms.. it will help you a lot to get more control in the airflare! also the invert can help you a lot, because of flexibiliy..
@BboyBlazes u have to hold handstand very long, u have to acquire a very good control on your hands, so if you can handhops, handstands, blowups and other tricks and freezes, airflare will be much easier...
swipe is not necessary for airflare, but is really really helpfull because the arms moviment is the same, so if u can do swipe u already know how to use your arms in airflare... so i recommend to learn it before...

@peckdogg oh...yeah i understand... can u do airflare to flare? if u can do it u just need to practice it a lot and ur airflare will be better with the time... if u can't do it u should "cheat" and go into a flare ...look my airflare story in my channel... u will see...at the beginning i had the same problem as you... u just need a lot of practice and it comes with time...

@NakedCodes depends... if u already can do the preliminary moves and u train costantly, yes about 1 month... if u can't the preliminary moves airflares seem very hard and u need much more time, maybe 6 months or more than 1 year... if u can't preliminary moves and if u don't train costantly maybe u'll never learn airflare, or it takes a long time...
If you know swipe before learning airflare, airflare will be much easier to learn! :)
If u cant swipe, u can still learn airflare but will take more time and it will be harder :)
the more basics you have, the more easier and faster will be the learning of airflare :P

hey! maybe because some like more high airflares and some others like more low airflares.. or maybe because for some people is easier to learn high airflare and for some others low airflare is easier... each person is different so each airflare is different :)
heey! mmm I think it will takes very long if u dont have any other powermoves experience.. but if you first learn some basic moves like swipes, some flares, windmills and tricks like handhops, powerfreezes on both arms you will learn it faster!
aah..mmm, like how much I train? I train 5 times in a week for about 3 hours each day, sometimes more, sometime less.. and i practice mostly powermoves, but also a little bit of everything :)

@SamuraiBlade2247 Hey! if u can handhops with right arm is very good too! ...but i think is very good if u learn some hops with left arm.... u don't need a lot..just 5-8 jumps...for get confidence with the landing arm

handstand is very importand to get confidence on the arms.. all the things on your hands are important for get the control of your airflare... 1990, 2000, handhops and invert can be helpfull too!

@bugninja80 yeah i like this songs very much xD ...yes..airflare is hard to learn and it take a lot of time, but if u already can the other moves u will learn airflares much faster. windmill is really easy, i'm sure u will learn it in not long time.. Peace =)

@morzdgreat ...some days i learn 1 round to flare...then for 1 year i practiced just 1 round in some power combos, after 1 year i started to practice more rounds and i learn 3 rounds in 2 months, 5 rounds in 3 months...
if u have all this it takes not so much, but I cant say... depends from people to people... for someone could takes long even with the prerequisites, for some others could take only few days or week...
It's better if you learn swipes, flare and handhops first, but you can also learn it without this move, but I suggest you to practice basics moves before :)

before to practice it make sure to master powerfreezes on both sides (them are really really helpfull for the airflare control), some handhops and swipe! :)
maybe u dont have enough basics?! make sure to master all the basic moves and tricks before to practice airflare! if u dont know the basics it could take very looong time!!
not "perfect" at all but I think u should control it more, 15 seconds is not enough.. also get conforable with some legs variations and some one hand handhops on both arms
what do you mean "how"? :S ..just kick it.. focus on it.. it's about practice and body coordination, it comes with the time, i cant really say "how" kick your leg..

your chest should rotate before the jump, so before you launch your arm.. and your hips should push up at the same time with your legs and your arm :)
@jeangu2002 1 round of elbow airflare is easier than 1 round of airflare... but more rounds of elbow airflare are harder than more rounds of airflare... is harder to control

you have to throw after the 5th step. first u have to swing your foot close to the ground, then, while your foot/leg is kicking up u have to throw :)

senza saper fare l'handstand la vedo molto dura xD non so nemmeno se sia possibile imparare l'airflare senza saper fare l'handstand xD ...l'airflare richiede molto controllo e confidenza sulle mani, quindi l'handstand e i powerfreeze sono dei requisiti minimi penso xD :)
ciao boss, se ti linko un video dove "provo" a fare airflare riesci a darmi un giudizio? io credo sia dovuto a poca forza nel braccio sinistro (quello dove atterro) è sempre stato il più debole rispetto al dx dove ci faccio quasi 70 handjumps.. ti ringrazio in anticipo...sempre disponibile!

l'equlibrio nelle verticali dici? io lo tengo con le dita delle mani, facendo pressione sul pavimento, e stando + rigido possibile con tutto il corpo... per velocizzare il footwork devi solo provarlo e riprovarlo cercando di farlo sempre + veloce...

@mike7ran mmm yes..halos can help you! because the movement of the legs in the halos are very similar to airflare movement!

the learning time is very very very different from each person...
to improve the speed of your powermoves u have just to kick and push stronger...
elbowtrack is harder than airflare
