Great video, just one question - the Google ID says 'Robert S', but you refer to him as 'Robert Smart'. Is that a 'time leap' in the investigation (i.e. you had Robert S, then you found his email to be rsmart or similar, and so deduced the name was Smart?) or something else?

Tools like Epios are great for turning emails into user IDs, but how do you turn a user ID into an email?
