Have confidence and let them know you’re working with a professional agency and are committed to helping them or any referrals they can manage to send over. Try and set an appt to grab coffee or lunch and build relationships that way. If FSBO or expired or anything like that, then you’ll need more specific scripts. I have one for FSBO’s on my channel.
