- Join me for a 45 minute barbell workout at home. This is a barbell follow along workout gives you a 45min full body workout that you can you at your home gym.
Starting with a 5min barbell warm up we move onto Section A (heavy barbell compound exercises), then Section B (Moderate weight barbell exercises), finally finishing with a 12min barbell EMOM workout.

Section A | 40:20 | 3 Rounds (I used 50kg/110lb)
A1. Barbell Reverse Lunges
A2. Back Squat
A3. Deadlift
A4. Calf Raises

Section B | 40:20 | 3 Rounds (I used 40kg/90lb)
B1. Floor Press
B2. RDL to Underhand Bent Over Row
B3. Barbell Leg Raises
B4. Barbell Pendlay Row

Section C | 12min EMOM (I used 40kg/90lb)
MIN 1. 10r Front Squat
MIN 2. 8r Power Clean
MIN 3. 6r Push Press
REPEAT

It was tough as you will see, I went too heavy but once I’d started didn’t want to re-record! Would go lighter on second attempt! Enjoy & using a rack if you have one will make transitions a bit easier. No probs if not, I didn’t use one in this recording.

Very tough Tom! First time I have fully completed the session and I’m on my second week of the carnivore diet which is more steady away energy levels. Not sure if it’s my fitness improving or the diet but I never felt sick once 😂
I think Carnivore takes a bit of getting used to! Well done 💪🏼💪🏼
I must say I’m getting fitter Tom because these are getting easier buddy 💪
@@alexquinn9213 well done, yes the supersets can be a bit of a shock to the system at first but definitely get easier as your body adapts. Keep it up 💪🏼
