I see I've commented under this one before, but I just did this workout again (with heavier weights this time, woohooo!) and noticed your subscriber count has gone up significantly over the last month or so! From 22.6K to 40.6K. You, sir, are truly one of a kind here on UA-cam, with absolutely amazing workouts for free for anyone to do. It was tough i wasn’t able to lift heavy weights so i did 2-3 exercises with 34kgs and other exercises with 28kgs,It was tough but awesome workout 🏋🏻 💪🏻
