I love my brushes from Rephr. Sometimes I buy a set or a selection of best sellers from a brand and some are shapes that just don't work for how I apply or the formulas that I like. I use EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY REPHR BRUSHES. They are so good that they actually inspire me to do more detailed work and try new things. Zero regrets. So excited to see new options especially when it's not like a constant churn of launches that are the same as everything else but like now the tips are pink. 🙈 They are thoughtful and well crafted.
Hahahahaha! Pink tips galore! 🤣 I agree with you on how Rephr finds itself in all of my routine. If I was just left with these brushes, I would be fine. Would I miss a few of my squirrel hair brushes? Sure, but if it was a life or death sitch 🤷🏽♀️
OMG!😍 The 33 is what I've been asking for! It's my favorite shape for quick one & done eye looks, but the 33 looks a little larger than my favorite, which is what I wanted!
Hi Alicia, I have to say that I came across Rephr brushes from Mel Thompson. And ever since I purchased from them I really enjoy their brushes. Between them and Sonia G they are my top favorites. I love how they are made and they get the job done. My eye look comes out so good when I use them. When Rephr sent me a email saying they are coming out with 5 new brushes. I can’t wait to purchase them. Now I have to say that I have more eye brushes then face brushes. But I love all the brushes from Rephr I have tried. I have been itching to play with my rephr set. Just ordered the 18 brush set, and they are soooooo soft. I haven’t used them (although I have had them about two weeks- maybe more😮), but I plan to. So glad I saw this video because I would have surely ruined them in washing!! I try to wash all once a month, but felt like I may end up using these more and needing to wash frequently. I’m so excited to use them!! Thanks for always providing great content and awesome education!!

#35 is exactly like Rae Morris’ 6.5 angled eye blender. It’s a fantastic brush and I was so bummed when Rae Morris switched it to synthetic. Thankfully, I have the original natural version and now I’ll have Rephyr! Alicia, you should do a comparison video!
Great video! Love the attention to detail you point out for each brush! The way you recommend us to explore other ways to utilize the brush is my favorite thing about brushes! You’d be surprised what you can do with one brush! Black Friday is knocking on my door and I’m itching to buy more brushes from Rephr. I order so many already but, you can never have enough! A jumbo 36 brush would be great for foundation, I find their foundation kabuki brush 31 to be too 'stabby' and I think a large 36 would be perfect for foundation, I love that sort of shape

Great review! The #36 reminds me of the Rae Morris Jishaku Brush 6.5, for eye shadow, which I love. It's my elfin brush that I fuss over after a bath to keep the shape. Can't wait to compare at home.
I didn’t realize that you were not supposed to wash the brushes after use!… I have a few rephr eyeshadow brushes that have thankfully held up to my “excessive “ washing 😅… Do you still recommend not washing the eyeshadow brushes more than once a month?…. Would a color switch thing be better than a micro fiber towel?…. Thanks!!!
Great- this is the review I have been waiting for, thank you Alicia! That Rephr 35 is on my list for sure, if I have to buy the set, I will buy the set though. I love that shape, I do like the BK Beauty Concealer brush too, but cannot wait to try the one from Rephr. You probably know Hakuhodo also makes a similar shape in goathair/synthetic and goat.

I got interested in rephr bc of you and holy moly they’re so good. Thank you for your in-depth reviews and for explaining everything so clearly and thoroughly. I went to back to all your rephr reviews when I was making my decision on my first buy a couple of months ago. Saw the difference in my makeup application right away and now I use them every day. I got a few of their eye brushes (their precision ones are so good) plus their 27 and 05. Now I’ve decided I want more of their blending brushes lol and now some of these! Can’t wait for Black Friday 🤣

Hey Diana! For undyed goat hair, wiping with a microfiber towel between uses and washing them once a month is a great frequency. And Rephr also sells a brush soap fantastic!

I swirl and twirl the 31 around to avoid that stabs. Because yes, I think the pounce approach is best used with another type of brush.

I didn’t realize that you were not supposed to wash the brushes after use!… I have a few rephr eyeshadow brushes that have thankfully held up to my “excessive “ washing 😅… Do you still recommend not washing the eyeshadow brushes more than once a month?…. Would a color switch thing be better than a micro fiber towel?…. Thanks!!!

Great- this is the review I have been waiting for, thank you Alicia! That Rephr 35 is on my list for sure, if I have to buy the set, I will buy the set though. I love that shape, I do like the BK Beauty Concealer brush too, but cannot wait to try the one from Rephr. You probably know Hakuhodo also makes a similar shape in goathair/synthetic and goat.

came back to let you know that I bought the set around 9:15pm CST. i also got the 3 for 50% off deal as well. picked up the flat top foundation (17) and 2 eye brushes 16 and 21. a crease and shader brush. so 8 brushes for $121
Love the 17. I use it daily for cream bronzer, blush, and/or highlighter.😊

I got interested in rephr bc of you and holy moly they’re so good. Thank you for your in-depth reviews and for explaining everything so clearly and thoroughly. I went to back to all your rephr reviews when I was making my decision on my first buy a couple of months ago. Saw the difference in my makeup application right away and now I use them every day. I got a few of their eye brushes (their precision ones are so good) plus their 27 and 05. Now I’ve decided I want more of their blending brushes lol and now some of these! Can’t wait for Black Friday 🤣

Hey Diana! For undyed goat hair, wiping with a microfiber towel between uses and washing them once a month is a great frequency. And Rephr also sells a brush soap fantastic!
