- This is my 2022 Honda Navi custom. In the past 2 months I've owned this mini bike I've customized most of it and still have some plans in the future. if you like this build, I want to know anything more about it, feel free to hit me up in a comments. forgot to mention in the video, but the CVT transmission has been upgraded with a melosi clutch and flywheel and variator setup with pulleys and springs.

Nicely done. Love the headlight grill and the front fender mod.
The 70’s Honda logos are the bomb on your bike absolutely love it
Looks sick! I subscribed to follow the build. Keep it up and don’t give up on keeping us updated. This makes me want one
I'll have to post a follow up this weekend
looks sharp
Dude mega kudos looks 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
That Grill is awsome super inspired i got the green one ima camo wrap it
It’s so cleannn
Wow, fancy! Very nice work!!
Looking good man! Lots of nice mods!
Nice!
Nice build brother. Will make a video similar when my Navi is done
Very Cool 😎
Very cool man!🤘🏽🔥🔥🔥
Dope color way!
Yes….!
Excellent. 👍
Nice work stock Navi is butt ugly, I like what you have done!
I agree it looks like a damn cricket from the dealer. Mines more of a potato bug now but I think it's much cooler.
Very cool
Very nice, I like the headlamp grille and all the paint details. Like to do mine up like yours. What exhaust you looking at?
I made a custom one. I'll be posting another vid of the mods I've made since this version.
I am in San Jose , ca, USA .
Nice video! Did you need any modifications when you installed handle bar riser?
I just needed different fasteners than what came with them in order to attach them to the bikes originals
@@skykidone I tried several different handlebar risers, but couldn't find one that fit the Navi handlebar holder with a 30 mm gap between the centers of the two bolts.
@@user-ej7md1bs9e there very minor offsets but still fits fine with the provided spacers for the handlebars. I've been using them for months with no problems
How did you get the housing off of the bike that covers the passenger pegs. one of the reasons why I haven’t bought this bike is because that housing rubs on the back of my legs when I sit on the bike and it’s really quite annoying.
if I got one of these I would definitely have to modify it big time but my number one pet peeve for not getting one of these is the fact that it’s carbureted. I’m wondering if there’s anyway that you can change that over to be fuel injected.
And you did something to the transmission? did you make it manual? it doesn’t look like you did. I didn’t see a clutch. Also do you know if you can throw disc brakes on this and big bore kit?
The panels just unscrew and are removed. As far as I know they don't have a swap for fuel injection on carb intakes. The CVT transmission has upgraded click, Bell and weights. I've seen disk brakes put on once but was a full custom thing
Very tasteful
Did you have to change the jets after adding the intake? Or maybe adjust the a/f ratio with the stock jets?
The bike ran just fine with the new intake. I only jetted the carb after installing a custom exhaust to give it a bit more power but it was not really required living in California at sea level
@@skykidone Sweet. Thanks for the quick reply! Bike looks great, by the way.
Are you going to stretch the swing arm and if so, how?
I'd like to but honestly without heavy fab work to the bottom swing arm I'm not sure I'll be able to anytime soon.
Did you sand everything down before painting?
Yes
It's texture painted so the ripples and such are from that
how to get motorcycle driving license?
Is it easy to get the license .
You can sign up for a class and after paying for that there's really just the written test to take care of passing
Hi, What handlebar does your Honda Navi have?
Chimera U-bomb adapters with 7/8 clip-ons
Where can i find that K&N filter? Model?
I'm the description Amazon link
your rear shock is upside down. you will need to notch the top plastic near the mount to clear the tank arm of the shock
I know typically they're set up that way however this particular unit isn't considering the logo and install all match how I have it currently set up. Unless you've got different info from the manufacturer
@@skykidone the sticker is put on upside down. regardless of the sticker the shock is upside down. it is designed to be the other way so it will not perform properly
@@321PCX I've never seen shock adjusters at the top of the shock except on the ruckus units. Following your lead that's what your saying. If you've got further explanation is love to hear it. It's been working just fine for a year so far. Seeing as it's a closed system it really shouldn't matter what direction it's facing, but again I'd like to hear more from your engineering expertise.
@@skykidone I agree it’s upside down
@@jeffamador9642 theres only one way to install it, if you turn it around it no longer fits
what color grey is that?
It's a silver metallic from duplicolor but can't remember the exact color
Would u like to sale it ?
Not really, I wouldn't get as much as I put into it by far
With all that money spent you could have just bought a real motorcycle. Jk cool vid bro
It's less than a grand for all the parts and I learned a few things while working on it. Now that you mention it, I just bought a 71 CB500 for $650 that I'm currently building. Maybe I'll make a video of that also.
