My late Uncle was in the Army and stationed in Germany for his tour of duty during the 1950s. His girl back home in Virginia was his high school sweetheart and my Aunt (I was born in '57). Elvis was Uncle's Sergeant. Uncle said Elvis was a very nice guy, unassuming, hardworking, a regular guy. He said Elvis wouldn't order any of his men to do anything that he, himself, wouldn't do and would work on his own jeep or do whatever needed to be done. I have the top third of a battered photo that was just of my Uncle with Elvis, both men in fatigues and Army caps. I say it's battered because when I was 10 or 11, I made the mistake of taking it with me on the school bus to school one day and another girl who was as crazy for Elvis as I was, tried to take my picture away from me. I held on with all my might as she ripped it from my hands. She got the lower 2/3s of that picture with Uncle and Elvis' legs, boots, and hands, but I got the top third with their chests and heads. (Even though I don't remember the name of the girl who did that to my beloved picture, I still haven't forgiven her for what she did because, after my Uncle died in a car accident, I asked my Aunt for another whole picture and she wouldn't let me have one. My Uncle would have given me one or several, but not my Aunt!! She and their children have Uncle's whole collection of photos of Elvis with my Uncle and other Army guys.) when my husband was stationed at Ft Bliss we met a guy named nathan presley he said his dad was cousins with ELVIS we met the whole family they were very nice and humble and his wife was expecting their 2nd child.

This is Elvis' house in Chino Canyon Rd in Palm Springs. It was bought by Elvis in the early '70s. I've been in it. There was no secret about it. It has well more than two bedrooms. Natalie Wood only dated Elvis briefly in the late '50s so certainly didn't stay here. Elvis did drink occasionally but did smoke cigarillo type cigars. Many people have many things to say about Elvis. I feel it’s all got to be taken with a BIG pinch of salt. Not to say that it may not be true, but more that the ‘truth’ may be half somewhere in the middle. Needless to say that there are consistent stories from MANY different women who DO NOT have a bad word to say about Elvis. This behavior as described is antithetical to what he has been described by many others who knew him as being a basically shy man. This is Elvis' house in Chino Canyon Rd in Palm Springs. It was bought by Elvis in the early '70s. I've been in it. There was no secret about it. It has well more than two bedrooms. I think this guy is making it up as he goes along.

If you watch the video of Elvis touching down in Hawaii off the helicopter, you can hear the person filming there calling Elvis ugly & saying they don’t know why the girls go crazy for him lol. It was the 1st time I had ever heard someone talk badly about Elvis especially in a jealousy manner like that aside this guy disliking him. His comment about Elvis parading around the pool naked does not sound right to me. This behavior as described is antithetical to what he has been described by many others who knew him as being a basically shy man. He contradicts himself when he describes Elvis as a “perfect southern gentleman” while describing him as someone walking around naked in front of others and implying these were women. He also said he didn’t like Elvis while at the same time describing him as a perfect gentleman - why? Something wrong here. He should explain this.

This man liked to let elvis fit in his one picture what he had from elvis..
