That is one nice looking shirt! A spectacular add to your wood business is that truck!
Hey Brad for starters you look 15 years younger without the beard. You look extremely efficient on that machine, essentially in fast forward. It was a long wait but it looks like that truck will serve you well. Look forward to some more great content. Cheers Woody !!!
I hear you're mixing your own gas now 🎉🎉👍👍
Now your talkin my language!!!!
That truck will be handy as a pocket on a shirt.
Congratulations with the truck. Seems to be working well. As the season heats up, carry some blocks with you to put under your stabilizer feet. HOAs, will complain because, when the tree guys showed up, they put dents in the asphalt. It will happen. Great Video.
Good deal with that truck. You will be able to get a lot of wood to the wood yard. Congrats!
Brad, maybe along the way chas might have a Belmont winning horse 😮😊❤
Awesome looking rig, glad that it is up and running 😊 I think you found a niche that you can grow and optimize.
🤘"Crabs n Beer!!🤘
Dang nice truck. Going to definitely help in the wood yard
Hello Brad my Friend, I am fairly new to your Channel but am very Impressed by the Truck. It sure is going to be very useful in doing a Variety of things. Nice you can go and Get Logs, help someone with Brush Pick-up etc. I have to Remember to Look at it on Wednesdays. I am Small and Cut my own Firewood for my Own Use in my Woodstove. I have been Leaning to start making some Bundles as we have a Campground very Close to us. I do Locust, Oak, Cherry, And Maple. I get Log Length from a Local Tree Service. See you Next Wednesday my Friend. Ron from the Woodyard in Duanesburg NY.
Sure, time lapse (at about 7:30) it to make it look like you are a good grapple operator🤣. No, actually, Brad, you did look pretty good at it right away. I didn't catch if you said how much seat time you have on the grapple. I am sure there is learning curve for anyone that has not run that type of equipment in the past. Being almost all controls "backwards" from an excavator must be quite frustrating. I wonder why they would make them that way. Which one was first? I, personally, would have liked to seen a few more minutes at real time. And, yes, I have been waiting for this for quite a while. It's really nice that it is saving Chaz a bunch in so many different ways. Keep these good videos coming!
Nice grapple truck
Hello Bradnice handy unit. After years of loading logs and pulpwood with Prentice style loaders. If memory servives Me right. The Prentice 210D with the short pilot controls were electric over hydralic. Right lever pull bacl to raise main boom curl lever to left to close bucket and to the right open buxket. Left lever pull lever nack to ectend jib boom, push forward to bring it in to You.Curl levr in rotates bucket to the right and curl put to left to rotate bucket to the left. Check out CSI circular slasker saw on You tube. That's what I did for years.
I like your new truck perfect 😍
If you get a clam shell bucket you can remove/deliver soil and gravel too
Must be a really cool feeling to be able to impact both your and Chaz's businesses in such a positive way!! You've only just begun to scratch the surface of opportunities that will be available to you. Best wishes Brad👋👋!!
That grapple truck looks like it is a game changer for you!
Brad this is so cool the way you moved from one opportunity to the next one. Since I have been watching the channel, progress does follow you, and that's a good thing. Keep up the good work and I know your dad would be smiling now also if he had been here. Family means a lot, and you have a great one. May God bless and keep you and give you peace. Til the next video, see you.
You sure look better without that scraggly beard. Love the new truck!!
Agree! Unless you are a hippy (or Willy Nelson) keep your beard neatly trimmed
I had to explain to Mike the ordeal that you and Chas had to go through with that truck. Glad to see it finally paying dividends for you guys.
BTW with the trimmed up beard you went from looking mid 50’s to early 40’s. No more ZZ Top lol
Good luck with all the new income streams that are available with the grapple truck. Stay safe.
Hello Brad, Nice Truck, good job loading the logs, sure there is a learning curve 👏👍🏼🪵🇺🇸
You Go Boy , making your self more valuable indeed !
Nice grapple truck! Very cool story about crabs and beer. Few are chosen.
Congratulations Chad! That is wonderful! Truck works great Brad! You are going to get a lot of use out of it and looks like it will help keep the woodyard better organized when dropping off logs.
I have a Prentise loader aswell but yours looks alot more stable than mine.. nicer truck too... mine can't leave the yard unless it's towed ..lol
Dude... It is awesome to see that truck out earning its keep. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right? I would love to see a real world video about salvaging and selling logs to mills or what have you from a firewood seller's perspective. Not gonna lie, I sorta cringe every time I buck up a log that I think might be desirable. I think many of us would like to learn what should be bucked up and what should be save from the fireplace.
Yes Grapple / log truck are great. I loved it when I had mine in New York. It was an old Barko but it allowed me to move large saw log around my yard and load on the mill. Ron USCG RET
So happy yall got the trick working now. Pretty cool about the horse. Thats crazy.
Great looking grapple truck!! Congratulations to Chazs horse!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Hey Brad , grapple truck is working good . Congratulations to Chaz .
Awesome tool added to the Business Brad!! So useful!!
Chas getting that truck really opens you guys up for so many more opportunities, and you another full time job 😂😂. I'll have to get a load from ya soon. I'll be ready in about a week
Things are expanding quickly buddy. Keep up the good work and congrats to Chas and Crabs and Beer 👍👍
Nice looking truck you have there
Hello Mr. Brad, This rig looks good, Gives you many opportunities to pick up logs that you had to depend on others to load for you, expanded your operation in positive way, You have come a long way from a fellow with a small chain saw and a pickup truck doing everything the hard way to what You are now. Good Work!!
Great looking setup Brad!
Cool set-up.
hi there great show , nice truck should open lots of doors , best to all john
Extremely nice, great piece of equipment
So are you looking at new wood yards yet ? Your trajectory is going to out grow moms in short order now ! Congrats on truck that is a sweet rig !
This may end up downsizing me lol
Hey Brad, you may want to reach out to Chris in the Woodyard he may be able to help you find a camera mount for your boom truck since he is a professional photographer
Wow boy that is a nice rig definitely handy I wouldn't want to see your insurance bill 20k a year I bet I know we have a 7500 GMC top kick between insurance an your annual safety's every year your over that you need to turn alot wood over to pay for this expensive equipment these days I know from experience we do over 15k bags of bagged wood a year plus i did a ton of bulk but the unfortunate part the economy is tanking were all in trouble good luck on the knew adventure
That’s a cool opportunity to be a part of and experience with your good friend. Any chance we can get him to be a part of a thirsty Thursday?
He was on this past thursday
