    Most people who suffer from Anxiety disorder and ADHD, also struggle with insomnia.

    I’m sorry, my doctor said the same thing about wake up time. It’s HOGWASH.
    Temperature, Darkness and turning lights off earlier in the evening is what I’ve found to work best.

    Alcohol IS a DRUG.. It shouldn’t be in “air quotes”.
