It's interesting how she mentioned Oranges being able to lift up your mood, because I used to take inositol as a supplement for severe depression, and read later that inositol is found in very high amounts in oranges. And it's no wonder oranges ripen in the winter, when more people feel the blues. Mother nature/ God did not make a mistake.

No doctor would be adequately trained to deal with an eating disorder. That’s what this is, a coping mechanism, a distorted way of interacting with food.

I was rewarded with food (pop , chips, pizza. ) through being sexually molested as a child , I struggled with weight gain for over 50 years ,, un till being introduced to pure therapeutic fermented ketones .. has been a life health changer ..I'd be happy to share how I use this product to fuel my brain and put my body into ketosis in under an hour, especially when I don't have to diet in order to lose fat .. by the way I am down 106 pounds in 8 months without dieting.. I feel different now about food.. I am also very much happier with more energy..
It doesn't help that food companies add extremely addictive food additives like MSG, Aspartame, other artificial sweeteners, and High Fructose Corn Syrup, to make people eat more and more of those foods/drinks. 😟

i believe at one point that they were called 'Orangels' 'Or-angels' (gold-angels) for sure they are!
