Thank god someone who knows what they are talking about doing a pen review!! Yeah!! I love coloring w gel pens and was looking online for some reviews before i got a big set.. And so many are putting sets of 12 colors on top coloring list... Uh 12 colors is for maybe a doodler but most definitely not for a true coloring enthusiast.. I need the biggest variety of colors i can get!! The only small sets i will admit i need on my list is gelly rolls because they are amazing and are the ones that invited gel pens to begin with and i think thats amazing too.. Plus ive never had them skip or stop writing on me which is huge w gel pens.. Id love a video about which sets have the most unique colors... I love to do graduates of colors and well try and get the most seamly graduate i can and am always looking for sets that have those unique colors.. Im a sucker for anything that comes in a rainbow variety lol.. Im also looking for a set of glitter pastels if anyone knows of any... Thanks so much for info!! 🙏❤😊
I've never owned Color It because they aren't exactly in my budget but I do have a Soucolor set and i'm glad to hear that they are essentially the same pens. I haven't found any issues whatsoever with Soucolor pens either, great coloring experience. No doubt these companies are going to keep improving their sets and having more variety in the future
Here's a trick you can try when your done coloring a picture with glitter gel pens try corloring over it again with a Clear Colorless Glitter Gel Pen to make the picture look even more Glittery
Not only do you have a very informative channel, but a very entertaining one also. I am just starting adult coloring and your channel saves me from buying foolishly.
TFS! I Just went and ordered the Soucokor set! I was a suckered though because I paid extra so I could get the turquoise case instead if just black. I have the transmit set as well. Love it! 😊
I have the Soucolor Glitter Gel Pen set, and it came with the exact same "accessories" as that Tanmit set. The pens also look the same. I like that tanmit set better than the 120 set i got-the pen quality looks better!
I have seen this review before when it came out but I didn't get them. I was having a rough time financially at the time. but I came across them again on Amazon and ordered the Tamnit Glitter 160 set in the case and they are amazing! great review
Thank you so much for this video! I LOVE Gelly Roll. They’re by far my favorite gel pen. But I can’t always afford their prices, like right now. But I can’t tell you how many times I’ve spent $30 -$50 on gel pens that don’t even work, or they end up being dried up when I buy them, or there’s like 80 of them but there’s only 10 colors. & JUST like you said, I’m also an artist who uses Prismacolor Colored Pencils, & b/c of how SOFT & waxy they are, it’s almost impossible to find a white gel pen that will go over the pencil! I’ve used Gelly Roll, Uniball, U-Brands, & NONE of them worked! Uniball didn’t cover at all. U-Brands just wouldn’t ever dry. & Gelly Roll DOES cover, but not as well as I would like. But it also depends on the color of the pencil I’m going over. Going over black, yes, it’s so dark that I think just about any white would at least show up on it. But using red or purple or green shades, not very well! I think I’m gonna go ahead & purchase the Tanmit & Soucolor sets tomorrow morning when I get paid! I appreciate this video SO MUCH! I never expected to find a video from an artist who not only loves BIG SETS like I do, or who loves gel pens the way I do, or who also uses Prismacolor Pencils, but to have ALL THREE in a video just made my entire day. 😂🥰
the same is true for cheap alcohol markers - if you have color number 02 as 'Old Red' and color 183 as 'pthalo blue' etc., then you have a set of generic Chinese-made markers, which are marketed under many different 'badges' and 'names' but they are all the same beneath! Thanks for the heads up on the Tanmit pens; picked some up with the saving coupon...I needed more gel pens like I need a hole in my head, but hey, you can never have too many supplies can you??? LOL. I need more strength to resist such temptations. Also recently bought the MarkArt pencils and am really enjoying them also; got those for $16.00 which was a steal for the quality of them.

Hello Elizabeth. Have you tried Inkjoy pens? I bought several sets to use at work when they first came out, way before I was into coloring. They have all the basic colors, including brown. They are probably a little more expensive, but you can find them on sale at the grocery store a lot. Tanmit also has a set of 240 gel pens, 120 pens and 120 refills but it does not come with the case; it cost less than the set you showed here. Actually with the discount on the 160 set they come to the same price.
I’m mainly a colored pencil person (prismas are my fav) but I’ve been wanting to start using gel pens too especially for my color it coloring books but don’t want to spend a fortune. This was so helpful Thankyou!!

Aen Art! The color nane and number os engraved on the barrel! A srt of 120 is umder $20 and refills are even cheaper!! They're great pebs too!

Well… I almost bought the Tanmit but I wanted metallic and others like on Soucolor. So I got those. I have their pencils & like them.

It nearly impossible to find Large Full Sets of only Regular colors with no variety pens.
