I guarantee you he checked and cleared that AR pistol b4 he brought it there. He's a smart dude and a gun lover, he aint about to risk his freedom over a negligent discharge. Anyone else I mightve been worried. My boy had a flush mag M&P and accidentally shot himself through the hand, thinking a round wasnt chambered. Thankfully he healed 100% byt he had to go to the ER at the hospital he's a nurse anesthetist at, which was only his 2nd biggest embarrassment that day for him. My neighbor shot his 5.56 AR through 3 walls in his house and then went across the street about 600 feet and into a middle school and blew out a massive classroom window. It was 1am thNk God. Thats why you always visually check a gun and even still, never point it at anyone or anything you dont want dead, even messing around with your dog at home. Youd feel horrible if you accidentally killed your family dog, i know I would! Stay strapped and stay safe!

I'm an old white lady from Torrance. When I was a teen my hubby's bff Billy loaded a gold cup 45 1st time I touched a gun. Handed it to me and lined a bunch of cans and bottles on a rock at Upper Shake near Magic Mountain in LA. I closed my eye like he told me put it to scope and shot every f+++ing one!!! I'm a natural eagle eye

AR all day....been deployed 5 times and never had an issue with my M4 performing when I needed it to.....
I never heard about the 300 Blackout but that sounds like an interesting combination for urban use especially. But hunting hogs and deer too. Probably need to hand-load to stay out of the poorhouse if you enjoy lots of range time. But I find hand-loading rather soothing -- there's a real rhythm to it.

That’s just a discipline point….Doesn’t mean they are not gun guys. And if you know for certain that the weapon is clear there is nothing wrong with doing a test trigger pull even when you are contemplating purchasing.

1911 is finicky. If you want a reliable combat pistol, Glock or M&P. ICE T is wrong about 9mm/ 38. It’s not about bullet size…it’s bullet placement.

Slower than the 9mm yes because it's a bigger round common knowledge. And both are extremely accurate. The 1911.45 acp been around for over 100 years! Serverd in all the American wars if I remember correctly. From WW1to the war in Afghanistan. The 1911 .45 auto is one of the most beloved guns!!. Spec ops use 9mm to carry more rounds that's all both operate well under stress.
Lots of SOCOM guys pick .45… they get whatever they want.. personal preference
