    The directions say to use 1 tablespoons of yogurt to 1lt of milk. What will happen if I use, say 1 1/2 or 2 tablespoons?

    Have a look for 'regret' it's reasonably hot.

      @@freshlyfermented9273 I tried it mate, one dot, just the tiniest pin head and my entire face was on fire, couldn't swallow because it burned so much and my throat dried out, and no matter how much milk or cream I poured in nothing helped... it certainly ranks as an experience I will never forget lol and I was stupid enough to try it a couple more times expecting a different result xD
