Seems the Sears will become Hobby Lobby. Good thing there but I was watching a video on the Cafaro Company's UA-cam channel and it mentioned a redevlopment plan. Sadly it seems part of the mall will be demolished and the Macy's, Sears, and Elder Beerman stores become split for multiple tenants. (Hobby Lobby as a big part of the Sears).
Having been an employee at Cedar Point this past summer, I'd say that a large percentage of their business does indeed come from CP employees. I'm hoping that as long as Cedar Point stays afloat, they will provide this mall with sufficient business.
Still doing ok for a small town mall. I guess it could be because a lot of tourist come to Sandusky to visit Cedar Point. I heard a Hobby Lobby is going to take one of the vacant anchors so there is some good news there.
Welcome to my teenage years; all spent here.
Mine too.
Silverman's, Spencer's and Music Land. I miss those.
I really liked your narration on this video and the music was on point. I really wish my mall held up as well.
You should come back to this mall

Nope Cedar Point employees make up little of our sales. Tourists and locals make up far more of our business
@@supersanic1254 which tenant do you work for?

You should go back to the mall and film. It has changed a lot.
This mall is only doing ok because the cafaro company owns it.
What does that mean?
Only JcPenney is left at the Sandusky Mall now. And if they close, i could see the sandusky mall closing, despite the fact the inside is doing good.
