Thanks for this tutorial. Making keto bread is like another world compared to making wheat gluten bread. You really have to think about your ingredients and what they do to the bread. I love your flax seed bread and like the nutty flavor. I keep trying the PSMF egg bread but haven't succeeded yet in getting a high rise. Good taste but more like buns for me.

Great video...thankyou for all u do! I also use lupin flour occasionally in some baking and the ratio is usually 1/4 lupin to 3/4 almond flour or up to 1/3 lupin and 2/3 almond..otherwise too bitter. But if u add flavorings or spices it'll taste even better!

I used to use almond flour, however, it contains the highest oxalate as you mentioned. Oxalate is an anti-nutrients, it blocks the minerals from absorbing.
Thanks for your feedback. Frankly, I don't own a bread machine so am unsure about that. I try to keep things simple by just spending a few minutes of prep time with a bowl and spatula and then bake until cooked which takes about 30 minutes to an hour. I do have enquiries about using bread machine and based on feedbacks here, some say it's doable and say not so. Sorry I can't be of much help here with bread machine.

Thank you so much, I am still trying to find what will work- so glad to find you. My husband and daughter are allergic to nuts, coconut, and even sunflower seed. So I find I am reduced to using Flax seed meal, and raw sprouted pumkin seed. I am going to try several of your recipes today and see what I can do with this. I also use arrowroot powder, will that be able to substitute the same as baking powder? Can I substitute Vinegar for Apple cider vinegar? I have used the pysillium husks whole, but didn’t know to grind them! Thank you for that hint! I can’t wait to try your suggestions- I will let you know how they turn out. thanks again. 🙏
Thanks for sharing and I hope some of the recipes here will work for your husband and daughter. Arrowroot powder is not a leavening agent so you can't substitute it for baking powder. Do you have a problem with baking powder? Yes, you can replace apple cider vinegar with white vinegar. So glad you found the tutorial helpful. Oh by the way, I think a combo of Arrowroot powder and flaxseeds may work for keto bread. I will try it when I have the time and keep you updated 🙏

This is such interesting and necessary information to understand our flops. Thank you so much!!! I am always so happy to see when you have posted a new recipe and rush to see it first before my other subscriptions. I have not found almond flour very palatable. It is too course, but I love sunflower and flax and usually bake your recipes in my omelette maker.....very successfully!! It was nice to see a face to the hands we always see doing the hard work. You have been doing this for years and I respect your patience for keepng on expermentng and then sharing your successes with us who need to get away from gluten for health reads. Thanks again 💕

@@lowcarbrecipeideas To be honest, your alternative breads are the best on the internet. Trust me...I have looked at every other channel for ideas and no one matches you. Then you also go to all the trouble of writing out the recipe with nutritional values. You do it for us, whom you don' t even know which shows you are a kind and caring lady! That is the most important issue in life.....love for our fellow men as we are all "one" (essential ingredients together forming the soup of life)
