Should you use Auction or Buy It Now when selling on eBay?

I wanted to let you guys know the reasons why I prefer selling with auctions on eBay rather than the usual Buy It Now. Plus, I'm running an experiment over the next 7 days on two identical items to see whether auction or buy it bows gets the most interest, and most importantly the best result!
