Adding User in QF40 Biometrics

I received my unit today and followed step by step as shown in the video here. Unfortunately, I pressed the M/OK to add User the button does not work. I greatly appreciate if you can assist me or replace the unit.

Sa old version pa po natin yan sir ang meron na CD pero pwede po kayo mag download ng installer ng software sa website you can visit http//www.qube.ph under FAQ find the folder of
(Drivers &installer)
