I have the K40 version and I've already downloaded the ZKT Management software which i=I use to get my attendance, but now I want to enroll new staffs and I would like to use enroll my new staffs using u and u digital persona scanner connected to my laptop but anytime i select the sensor option I'm always getting USB fingerprint reader not found. pls any way out?
