No, those are an in game weapon called Mantis Blades. You have to upgrade your cybernetics to a certain degree to obtain them.@@Shadowclaw25

This video really highlights how scary it would be to live in the Cyberpunk 2077 universe. One day you're living, mindin your own gang life business, then some gonk with a sandy sets off 5 explosions before you can blink then teleports behind you to give you the nothing personnel, kid special before teabaggin your corpse. All for a job that would barely pay them enough for rent that week.

Im replying late but that pistol is a variant of the Liberty gun called "Seraph". It's Padre's gun and you obtain it by completing all of his gigs (in Heywood mostly).
