Don't know whether I'm allowed to make sense hapa. First, don't turn the steering wheel when the vehicle is on a jack. In fact, don't move it at all.. otherwise you mess up with stability of the jack. Secondly, jack it up to the required height before removing the burst tire... That way, you won't require to jack it up more... Hapa karibu you loose your foot buana

Definitely, it has to be registered under one's name for purpose of ownership, inspection, and insurance; otherwise, it can be regarded as stolen and get you into deep problems with the law. But all this will depend on the laws of the state you reside in, some states don't allow ownership of abandoned items - they are reclaimed by the state government. For those that allow, the procedure has it that you first report to the authorities and then request to know the last registered owner. You are required to notify the owner at least once within a specified time frame, if the owner responds you can negotiate and he/she assist you with title (log book) transfer. If the owner cannot be traced or has died you have to file an application in court for a declaratory judgment to be done, so that you can own the vehicle. The court process only works if the car was abandoned on public property. You cannot own anything abandoned on private property unless you have bought the property.

1. Firts mistake u didn't put blocker front and rear of your remain tires to block any movement front and back
For more security, weka hyo spare tire chini ya chasis in case jack ime fail the tire will act as supporter to avoid hitting u or damange your car
2. The big mistake ile umefanya ni ku_change ange of front axle, don't tilt the angle of your tires after jack up, ungefanya hvyo b4 huja jack up, if you tilt the tires after jack up that means the jack will stand less than 90 degree from ground hapo jack itapoteza balance na will break as happen.
