So to put some context Quinn is not a PC hardware enthusiast so his thoughts on performance, power consumption and heat on those parts are based on his experience with other hardware. We all know that system could probably pull 800 watts from the CPUs alone with a moderate overclock. He was also worried when I ran Superposition and the Titan hit 80c lol. I just loved that he did this coming from a retro tech background, it gives it a unique build approach / look that only he could come up with. Thanks to Quinn!

Well I enjoyed the Tech mix and the result, but I'm not snooty or feel I have to be negative about, just about any thing or un-accepting of things I know nothing of or things that require a lot of time and effort. You of course need 100K so no need to respond. Thanks for this great video and introducing us to Quinn I am going to watch this a few more times.

I have have one of these EVGA sr-2s sitting around with dual x5650s they were overclocked at one time I dont think the system drew anything close to 800 watts I'll have to dig it out and check with my kill-a-watt, I'll report back maybe.

Most games don't support 8 cores yet, almost *nothing* supports duel socket CPUs.
Plus with how high power draw has gotten on the Xeon/Threadripper/Epyc/whatever chips, running them in duel socket at their highest clock is basically impossible due to power supply limitations, remember your wall can only draw 1200-ish watts before it goes pop, two 28 core Xeons and duel GPUs will hit that sort of power level without much issue.

The rainbow leds on boot up / lock screen can be edited to whatever colour / effect you desire in Corsair iQue, the option is typically found near the bottom when you're modifying the lighting profiles called hardware lighting, providing you have updated all the firmware through Corsair iQue.
