    I love ALL OF YOUR EXERCISES!! I'm 82 and i do as many of them as i possibly can. Some i can complete and some I'm not yet strong enough to complete but I still try them. I've lost 7 lbs and aiming for more. Your work outs really help. Thank you!!

    Thanks for making this. I'm turning 50 in a couple of months and my days of bouncing off the walls and running across the ceiling for cardio are definitely winding down. Not worth the way my knees feel the next day. But there are SO FEW people making really good, high intensity, low impact workouts like this. Please do more of these in the future when you have time. Hats off (no pun intended) to all three of you, making it through this workout out in the sun in this heat.

    I absolutely loved this video! I like to walk atleast 5,000 steps a day, and I couldn't because it was raining. This video was everything I needed to do cardio without weights! I love when you put the countdown timer as well as the 'completion' percentage! I started working out to your videos on March 26th 2024. The workouts combined with healthier eating habits; I am proud to say I am down 27lbs!!! I can't wait to do the 5,000 steps!😍🥰👏👏👏👏

    This was one of the funnest walking videos I've done! Most of them are either mind numbing boring or just absurdly wacky. You also consistently have some of the best music of all channels! Thanks, Michelle!

      ​​@@MichelleBriehler The difference between the behind the scenes and today's workout is that I did LVL UP some of the moves, more arm movement and didn't stop, that's why in the behind the scenes my 👟count was 4523 and today 👟 count was 5097

    This looks perfect for my after dinner "walk"! I do ten minutes of some activity after every meal, after having done my main workout in the early morning (usually one of your strength workouts!), and my evening workout I try to make low-impact so it doesn't effect my sleep. Thanks, Michelle!

    *my body wasn’t yet recovered enough to lift weights today but still wanted to get a workout in! this was PERFECT! 365 active calories and 437 total calories burned and counting! i really did enjoy this along with the music!*

    You can definitely hit 5K+ steps. Since the workout starts keep moving, doble up the time in each move, move those arms it is very important, if you need to pause do so but keep moving by doing some jumping rope. Basically is like your playing a game against Michelle who can go fast and do more moves. Try it you'll be surprised. Have a great day

    I plan on ordering a trampoline on prime day! Also, what meal replacement do you drink? I am looking for cheaper alternatives to shakeology.. any suggestions would be great!

      I never meal replace...I do use protein powder to help me get to my protein daily goal.

      Try intermittent fasting. Check out Dr Mindy Pelz, she talks you through the process with some brilliant videos. Combining that with Michelle’s incredible workouts, I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes since menopause and my skin has never looked so good!

    I'm 48 and have been facing the same PMS for the last 3 years,which makes me hot flashes during the day and night. I also took some supplements too but no results were found. Despite all those problems I do daily workouts including intense..I attempt all your intense workouts.. if that LUMEN really works to reduce my hot flashes then I will go for it but does it ship to India(Sikkim)?

      I don’t think you should put faith in lumen to help with hot flashes. Would be best to talk to a dr about possible hormone replacement therapy. You seem to be in perimenopause. Plus doing a lot of intense workouts can turn up your cortisol levels which can effect your bodies ability to lose weight and possibly effect your body composition.
