I appreciate everyones support. Unlike most people on the internet these days, I have a real business to manage outside of creating value-packed content for all of you. I love making content and will continue to work hard at getting more content out as well as answering your questions and comments.

So which clips are the ones you recommend to hang those light bulbs ?
Hey man this is a great video. I own a Christmas light company and I do literally every single thing you guys do, leasing, price range, mock ups on jolly lights etc. Could you do a video specifically on marketing Christmas lights? I use yard signs door hangers and Facebook but would like to see a D2D script, business D2D script, google ads etc
Facebook ads 💪
@11:20 Staple guns are terrible for seasonal installs. By year 4 youll have more holes that cause serious damage for the homeowner long term.
Charge xtra for intalling permanant fixtures / hooks that help you out later
My guy wasn’t letting off Spencer’s neck about them clips 😂😂
Home Depot clips are dusty
who is your preferred supplier?
Love the long form content! Cant wait to talk again and join the mentorship program soon
Will be glad to have you on board!
Awesome video guys, is there any way you can share a link for the software to make those sketches to showcase the final product to the customer? Thanks in advance!
Thanks for your comment man! Jolly Lights app - you can find it in the Appstore.
Solid video. Do you use 12 inch or 15 inch spacing?
Thanks brother. We use 12" spacing. We get lights from Lights At Wholesale or The Christmas Palace Use code "HSU" for a discount.

Did you find the app?
Jolly lights is the best for holiday lighting mock-ups!

@14:15 Hot glue definitly pulls off paint like no other.
I’m looking to do this for myself - I’m in the UK and would be interested in having a quick conversation about how to get started. Let me know
DM me on Instagram @adamrchap
What’s the name of the app you use to measure the Christmas lights? And where exactly do you buy these specific lights?
Jolly Lights app

Lights At Wholesale or The Christmas Palace Use code "HSU" for a discount.
How much is the Start up cost for this ? Need to know asap because I would love to do this
Depends on how big you want to go.
how do you spread the lights out at smaller distances on the house like you showed with the example on the ipad?
edit the distance (spacing) or the bulb size on the app
@@adamrchap I meant like in real life on the house how do you do them with different distances with that setup
Where do you get your lighting and parts? You reference $.25 females but I’m seeing them for closer to $.99 online
Hey, my company get lights from Lights At Wholesale or The Christmas Palace Use code "HSU" for a discount.
Is the 1400$ average for a one year lease or two year lease? Do you have a specific contract agreement?
Yeah we have contract agreements from 1 - 3 seasons long. That's inside of my program Home Service U.
Where do you get the lights?

How much are you charging a foot?
$8-12 / ft. depending on the difficulty for leasing the lights.
The way this man runs his business definitely makes him money, but at the same time, also feels scummy as heck with how much he's charging people by leasing the lights.
stay broke.
@adamrchap no kidding! I understand, man. More power to you and I hope you continue to have success.
He’s selling his service at a price people are willing to pay and he’s publicly explaining his business model on UA-cam!! How much less scummy can you be?
Leasing is a service too. homeowners are willing to pay to lease equipment because then they don’t have to worry about making warranty claims or replacing defective lights or wires.
@@samgray4 or worry about storing them for the year and digging them out next season! I saw another company that leases or sells the lights to the customer, customers choice. If they choose to buy them, the company charges to store them for the customer.
I've hung lights from OC -> ATL
Standard price for installs is $1200 for most homes in a mid price area. Leasing is the ONLY way to maintain profits and not have to pay hourly for lack of preparation.
Multi year lease agreements are huge tho. I've definitely been shorted on money from the company giving discounts on Year 2.
A professional company would not use those clips no matter what
Why is that?
